Chapter 18

Jessica's POV
I starred at the pregnancy test in shock.

"I'm-I'm pregnant." I mumbled.

How was I gonna tell Bruno? The thought of it made me sick. The first thing I did when I found out was call Bruno. He is the father. The only one I've been with.When I finally told Bruno, he looked at me shocked. He stayed quiet.

"Get out of my car." I said.

"Jessica, let's talk about this."

"There's nothing to talk about. I shouldn't have told you anyways. It's not like you care." I say.

"Are you serious?" Bruno said. "You think I don't care?"

"Get out of my car!" I yelled.

Bruno opens the door and stands there. He shuts it, but the window is still open.

"Just forget about the baby. Just like you forgot about me. It shouldn't be a problem. You found another girl right after me, you can have another child and forget about the both of us."

I drove off with tears in my eyes. I looked in the rear view mirror and saw Bruno just looking back. My heart ached.

Bruno's POV
I had mix emotions all about this. I was excited that I was going to be a father. But mostly, I was pissed that Jessica would just think I would forget about her. I never forgot about Jessica when she was kidnapped. I thought of her every single day.

It's the next day which means it's the day of the wedding. I'm nervous and don't even wanna go along with this.

"Knock knock." Tiara says, as she knocks on the door.

"Hey sis." I said.

"Ready for today?" She asked.

"I guess so." I answered.

Tiara was in her short black dress.

"Umm. I gotta tell you something." Tiara says.

"What is it?" I asked.

"Molly isn't at all what she seems." Tiara said.

"What do you mean?"

"Look I should have told you sooner but-"

"Bruno the wedding is about to begin. We need you in the chapel now." The wedding planner said.

"Okay, thank you." I say. "What were you gonna tell me?" I asked Tiara.

"Bruno. Now." The wedding planner said.

"I will tell you later."

Tiara walked out of the room, bumping shoulders with the wedding planner. I let out a deep breathe, and looked at myself in the mirror. I shook my head and walked out the room.
Nick's POV
"Tell us who else was involved!" I yelled at Santos.

"Never." He says.

Santos spit in my face. I took out a napkin and wiped it. I slapped him in the face, and put the napkin in his mouth.

"Aguilar, take that out of his mouth." My boss says.

"Why should I? He made girls suffer! My sister suffer! Let him suffer by choking on that for a while!" I responded.

My boss looked at me, then back at Santos. I let out a heavy sigh and take the napkin out his mouth, and threw it at his chest.

"I got all day." I tell him.

I looked over at the files and raised an eyebrow.

"Bring in Natalie." I looked into Santos eyes, as I told the other detective.

I smiled evily as I looked into Santos eyes. Natalie walked into the room with police escort, and sat on the chair.

"Is there anything you would like to say?" I asked.

"¡No digas nada!" Santos yelled at her.
-Don't say anything!-

"¡Cállate! ¡Es tu culpa que estamos aquí!" Natalie yells at him.
-Shut up! It's your fault we are in here!-

Santos looks at her with eyes of the devil.

"When you walked into the basement, you said it's your cousin's wedding next month. It's been a month now. Has it passed?" I asked.

"It's today. It's that bitch's fault I'm in here too. Pero ella lo quería para ella sola." Natalie says with anger.
-But she wanted him for herself.-

"What's your cousin's name?" I asked suspiciously.

"Molly Travis."

Bruno's POV
I stood in the middle of the chapel. The bridesmaids began to walk down the aisle. Tiara stayed seated not wanting to be a part of it. She looked so angry. Here comes the bride began to play. Molly began to walk down the aisle with her father. She was smiling big.

"Who gives this woman to this man?" Asked the priest.

"My wife and I." Her father said.

We stood infront of the alter. Molly was smiling and rubbing her thumb across my knocks.

"Before our couple say I Do, is there anyone who has a reason as to why this marriage should not go through. Speak now or forever hold your peace."

My legs began to shake. I looked over at Tiara who placed her hand over her mouth and looked at the floor.

"Okay. Let's proceed."

I looked down at the floor. Suddenly, the doors swinged open and two officers and Nick stood there. Nick walked up and removed his glasses.

"Molly Travis, you're under arrested for taking part of the case that took place in 2003." Nick yells.

I looked at her confused.

"What's he talking about Molly?" I asked.

She looked at me speechless. Molly tried to speak, but she couldn't.

"I-I don't know what he's talking about-" She says.

"Oh really let me remind you, and the people. The case of 2003 that has been going on involves the 15 women that were kidnapped. Molly here has known about this case all these years and didn't say a word. But that's not it. Molly told her cousin Natalie, who couldn't make it here tonight because she's arrested for also being in the crime, that she wanted Bruno for herself. So, she told Natalie to get rid of her." Nick explains.

I move my hands away from her.

"You and Natalie are cousins?! I-I dated your cousin! You made me lose Jessica. This is all your fault! You are a selfish manipulating bitch." I yelled. "I never ever want to see you again! This wedding is off!"

I walked off of the platform and walked towards Nick.

"Where is she?" I asked.

"The beach." Nick answers.

Molly yells and picks up her dress. She was about to hit Nick when suddenly, Tiara punched her in the face. Tiara blew on her fist and looked up at me.

"I've been wanting to do that sense I met her." Tiara says.

"Go get your girl Bruno." Nick's says.
