Bruno's POV

*10 years later*

You can say my life has gotten pretty damn awesome! The struggle these pass 10 years getting where I am today is all worth it. Now that my name is know all over the world, it's the best thing that has ever happen to me. I'm only 28 and already made it big. I've moved to LA and got my own house there. Molly and I are now in a relationship and I have to stay that I'm in love with her. Our both careers have sky rocketed. She's now a model and I'm known as Bruno Mars. I've created songs of my own and for other artist. I'm proud of the man I have became.

Tonight, Molly and I are going out for dinner at a fancy restaurant. She's been working hard lately and we haven't seen each other. Once I put on my black tuxedo, I grab my car keys. First I head out to go buy a dozen red roses, and go get my beautiful women. I ring the door bell to her house, and there she stands wearing a sexy body hugging dress. It stops right at her knees. Her chocolate brown hair is curled nicely, and those stunning carmel eyes are all I can see.

"Hello beautiful." I say, giving her a kiss on her tasteful lips.

"Hey handsome. I've missed you so much." Molly smiles.

"I've missed you baby. Ready to go?" I asked.

"Yes, but what's behind your back?" She asked back.

"Only the finest roses for the finest lady."

An adorable smile goes on her face.

"Aww babe, I love them." She hugs me and gives me a kiss.

"I'm glad you do."

"Let's go."

We drive to the restaurant. I open her door and escort her inside.

"Reservations for Hernandez." I tell the waiter.

"Right this way, sir."

We sit down at the table and start talking.

"So babe how's everything going with your photo shoots"

"It's great. I love it." She answers.

"That's good babe. I'm glad that you are enjoying your job." I tell her.

"What about you Mr. Mars? Aren't you starting tour soon?" Molly asked.

"Very soon actually. We're leaving in a couple days to Hawaii. I'm excited to come back home to the family. Are you coming to Hawaii to?" I asked a little excited.

"Yes! I'm so pumped for it. It's gonna be awesome."

"Thanks for coming along babe. I appreciate it."

"Anything for you love." She smiles, resting her hand on top of mine.

An older woman and older man were sitting beside us. I over heard their conversation.

"Charles, it's been 30 great years of marriage." The women says.

"It has been Lily. 30 great years." Charles tells her.

Lily looks over at Molly and I.

"Are you too married?" Lily asked with a smile.

"Oh no. We're dating. It's been 3 wonderful years." I tell her.

"Marriage is a very beautiful thing. Committing yourself to someone for the rest of your life is a big deal. You need to make sure that this person is going to be the love for the rest of your life. That they will respect you, and love you. I will never forget my first love. You know why?" Charles explains.

"Why sir?" I asked.

"Because she's the one I wake up to everyone morning. The one that I notice was different from the rest. I'm glad to call her my wife." He smiles.

"Charles looked pass my flaws. I wasn't the best looking in high school. I didn't dress as fashionable as the rest. But he saw pass that. He made me feel beautiful." Lily adds.

As we continue to speak to them, the only person that popped into mind was Jessica. I never gave up hope. It's been many years and they put the case to rest. Once we finish dinner, Molly and I were about to walk out of the restaurant. I accidentally bumped into a man.

"Sorry." The guy says, making eye contact with me.

"It's alright. You look familiar, don't I know you from somewhere?" I asked.

"Wait. Aren't you Peter. Peter Hernandez?" He questions.

"Yeah and you are?"

"Oh dude I remember you. I'm Nicholas Aguilar. You dated my older sister Jessica." Nick said.

"It's nice to see you again man. You got older, and extremely taller." I tell him.

"Yeah. How's it going?" He asked.

"Good I guess. What about you man? How's life been?"

"Well after my father died, I was sent to foster care. It was one hard life me. Losing my sister, mother, and father at such a young really turned me into a bad kid. Until I hit 18 I got in trouble with the police. I ended up going to boot camp and they set me straight there. I became an officer just like my dad." Nick explains.

"Dang kid. That's tuff. I'm glad to see you doing better." I say with a smile.

"I'm glad I'm out of trouble, Bruno. I'm getting married to my beautiful fiancé Samantha in a month. If you like to come it would be awesome to have you there old buddy."

"Defiantly man. See you then."

I gave him a bro hug, then walk out the restaurant with Molly. She seems quiet. A little to quiet.

"What's wrong babe?" I asked, as I drive her home.

"Oh nothing. I'm just tired. The poor guy lived a horrible childhood." Molly said.

"I know. It's crazy how things happen." I say.

"Why don't you ever speak about Jessica?"

The car got completely silent. I wasn't sure what to say.

"It's umm hard." My voice starts to shake.

"You never talked about it though Bruno. If you need to..."

"Molly please. I don't want to speak about that."

The car got silent again. I've never really liked talking about what happen with Jessica because it still gets me pretty upset. Once I pulled into the driveway of Molly's house, I waited in the car for a couple of minutes just thinking. I opened the door of my black Range Rover, and closed it.

"How did you like dinner babe?" I asked, trying to make a conversation.

"Loved it. That older couple was so sweet. Maybe one day that could be us." Molly speaks.

"Hopefully love."

I give her one last kiss, and walk over to my car. Driving away, my mind was all over the place. I feel like I'm ready for marriage. I'm not getting any younger. Might as well pop the question already. It's been three great years with Molly. She's seen my good and bad side and I have also seen hers. We understand each other well. Maybe Molly is the one I want to spend the rest of my life with.
