Chapter 23

Amity's POV

I woke up and got ready then I snuck out of my room with the rope and went to the bounty hunter base and climbed up the rope and into Luz's room she wasn't awake so I just waited until she woke up I waited a bit then she started waking up "Mmm" she said waking up she opened her eyes and saw me "Morning Luz" I said "Morning Amity how long have you been waiting for me to wake up" she asked "Not long" I said "Ok well I'm happy to see you this morning" she said "Me too" I said she hugged me I hugged back then after awhile we stopped "Well I'll let you get back to the agent base so you can do your mission" she said "Ok I'll see you this evening after my mission" I said "Ok see you later" she said "You too" I said then I gave her a kiss on the forehead and climbed down the rope then I went to the agent base and climbed into my room and got my mission stuff on and headed to the leader's room I walked into the room and insantly was called "Amity Blight" they said I walked up "Morning Amity did you visit Luz this morning" they asked "I did she is doing good and can now stand and walk again" I said "That's good to hear" they said "Yeah now am I commanding the new recuits today again" I asked "Yep I heard you taught them to throw knifes yesterday go on to the next level daggers" they said "Ok" I said "Your dissmissed" they said I walked out of the room I went to my room and grabbed the helmet and put it on I then went down to the trainning area and waited for the new recurits the girl that was very good yesterday was the first one down then everyone else came down "Ok first off drop and give me 20" I said everyone dropped and gave me 20 then after a bit everyone was done "Line up" I said everyone lined up "Ok today the leader wants you guys to level up on throwing weapons they want you to throw daggers today" I said "So select a sation and start throwing those daggers" I said everyone got to a station and started throwing daggers the girl was very good at it she kept getting bullseyes "Great job you're very good keep it up" I said "Thanks" she said "Yeah" I said "Hey commander" someone called me over I walked up to them "Yeah what is it" I asked "I'm I throwing the dagger right" they asked throwing it "You are it's just your stance needs some work here" I said helping them "Thanks" they said "No problem" I said I supervised everyone for the whole day some of them needed my help and were asking questions "Hey commader" one asked coming up to me "Yes" I asked "When are we going to do more extreme stuff" he asked "Well right now I'm trying to get you ready on your throwing in case you need to throw a bomb or something but we will get there" I said "Ok thanks" he said "No problem" I said then he went back to trainning I watched everyone until I thought they needed a break "Ok everyone you guys need a break from standing and get you guys active everyone drop and give me 50" I said everyone dropped and gave me 50 then everyone was done "Ok everyone that's a lot drop and give me 10" I said everyone dropped and gave me 10 then everyone was done "Ok good hustle everyone back to your stations" I said everyone went back to their stations I watched them for the rest of the day "Ok everyone line up" I said everyone lined up "Drop and give me 20" I said everyone dropped and gave me 20 then they were down "Your dissmissed" I said everyone left then I went to the leader's room and walked up to their desk "Amity how was trainning today" they asked I took off the helmet it was sweaty and gross "It was okay a lot of them asked for my help don't worry I helped them" I said "That's good" they said "Yeah so one of them asked when I'm trainning them harder" I said "Yeah about with that tomorrow you'll teach them to throw axes then you'll teach the to hit someone so yeah in time" they said "Ok well thanks" I said "Yeah no problem" they said "Your dissmissed" they said I walked out and I walked into my room and set down the helmet and took off my mission stuff and snuck out with the rope and went to the bounty hunter base and climbed up and into Luz's room she noticed me "Amity" she said "Luz" I said I hugged her and she hugged me then we stopped "Did you get up and walk around today" I asked "Yep this chruch thing is really helping" she said "That's great it should be two more days you get to use that after that then you can probably walk on your own and get back into missions" I said "Yeah I think I'm ready" she said "I like to hear that" I said she looked down for a second "Hey Amity" she asked looking back up at me "Yeah what" I asked "When the big battle happens promise me you'll make it out alive" she said "I promise and you need to promise me you'll make it out alive too I'm scared" I said she put her arm on my shoulder "I am too but together I know we'll survive" she said "Yeah I know it's just what if you die or I die" I asked "That probably won't happen and yeah we might lose some bounty hunters and agents but both of us are very skilled and we'll survive" she said "Ok" I said "Yeah now come here sweet potato" she said "Did you just call me sweet potato" I asked "Yeah and now come here" she said "Ok" I said I came close to her and laid down on her lap and stayed there for awhile while she was brushing my hair with her hand then I sat up "Going so soon" she asked "Yeah I need to" I said "Can you stay a little longer" she asked "Umm sure I guess I little bit won't hurt" I said laying back down she brushed my hair again and before I knew it I was out cold I only awoken because Luz nudged me "Hmm" I groaned waking up "Amity you fell asleep" she said "Oh shot I did" I said "Yeah you did you better get back to the agent base before they find out your gone" she said "Yeah ok" I said I got up and gave her a kiss on the forehead and then climbed down the rope and went to the agent base and snuck into my room with the rope I got ready for bed then I laid down and fell asleep quickly.
