Amala's POV
2 Weeks Later
October 11,2022

I walked into school with Boog on my arm. She didn't have a good morning so I had to make sure to watch her today. She took her medicine and ate half my sausage biscuit, so she should make it till lunch.

"Behave today. ", I said cupping her face. She pouted making my heart ache.

"I'll be good, but do I have to leave you?", she asked.

"You got 2 class periods without me and then you have the rest of the day right beside me.", I said.

"Awww look at the love birds.", said Rihanna walking up.

"Megamind don't start.", I said laughing.

"But nah forreal I wanna be like yall when I grow up.", she said.

"You can always still get back with Lani.", I said.

"And you can always go to hell.", she said with a middle finger.

Soon we had to disperse so we could go to class and honestly I wasn't so happy. I mean I knew Solange was with her but I had a bad feeling about this.

As soon as I stepped in class Kehlani was on my ass.

"So you didn't get my text last night?", she asked. I did get the text but I wasn't gonna reply to it speaking of Lauren and I being together.

"I told you Lani, it was a one time thing, I'm not doing it again.", I sighed before sitting down.

"Don't be like that Amala, I just want one more round with you.", she said with a smirk.

"No, I'm taken and I would never do that with you, you're my best friend.", I said before putting in my AirPods.

She was really starting to cross the line and I honestly wasn't for it. I don't know what made her do all this but it was unacceptable. Once the teacher came back I took one of the AirPods out and took out my notebook and stuff.

Class went by fairly fast and before Kehlani could even say a word to me, I was out the door and to my locker. Like usual Boog was there waiting. She didn't seem to be in a sour mood that was until I was right in front of her.

"What's wrong Baby?", I asked. She just looked at me before looking over my shoulder. I turned to see Kehlani staring me down before winking and turning back to her friends.

"I'm going to class.", she said before walking off. My blood boiled as I stood there in shock. She didn't have to do that, but she did because she knew it would make Lauren mad.

I jerked away from her hand that touched me and I slammed her against the locker by her throat.

"I told you once and I won't say it again, NO, you and I aren't together we aren't getting together and we'll never do again thing again, now do me and everyone a fucking favor and GET LOST!", I said before letting go.

Everyone cleared a space for me after seeing what I did. I wasn't usually violent but she was doing entirely too much. I tried approaching her in a nice manner but she didn't wanna hear it.

My mind paced as I went looking for Boog, she was either in two places, the restroom or in her class. She didn't like roaming the halls so she went to either two. When I got to her 2nd period I saw her with her head down and a group of boys approaching her.

"Hey Lauren isn't it?", asked Chris.

"Christopher go do something safe.", I said pushing past him.

"What did you say Knowles?", he asked, him and his friends stepping up to me.
