"What?" Dawko froze. "What did you say?" Dawko stood there, staring at the ring with a frown. "I asked if you'd marry me-" Jessica smiled nervously. "If I would marry you?" Dawko heard what she said very well. Perfectly, in fact, but having trouble comprehending it. "Yes, Lewis, do I need to ask again?" Jessica awkwardly asked, as she didn't know how to respond to him.
"No- you really don't. Jessica-" Dawko kept pausing to think. His mind was trying to make a decision, as his emotions prevented him from doing so. Dawko couldn't believe her right now. Was she crazy? Why did she say that? He felt terrible, he did want to marry Jessica. Although now, the proposal he had dreamed of before was ruined. All because he didn't pick Amazon's two day shipping. Almost a minute of silence passed by, so she decided to speak up. "What is it? What do you say?" Jessica smiled anxiously, awaiting his response. "I would really love to, Jessica," Dawko confessed, while looking away from her. He closed the box she was holding out and pushed it back to her. "I really would, I just don't know. You cheated on me. I'll think about it, I'll consider it-" Dawko told her, as he couldn't make a decision now.
"You'll think about it?" Jessica's attitude seemed to lighten up immensely, she was almost doubting him. "Oh thank you Lewis, I know you didn't say yes. The fact you'll even consider it means a lot to me. I'm so sorry for what I did to you," Jessica reached out to hug him.
Dawko pushed her away. "Please leave now. We talked, Bad-bye Jessica," Dawko opened the door for her, maintaining a forced calm composure. "Bye, Lewis," Jessica said, trying to force a happy tone, nodding in agreement. She went into her car, slamming the door behind her. Slouching down in her seat, she pulled out her phone and immediately began texting her friend about the ordeal, making sure to give her friend every detail. The sounds of her acrylic nails tapping against the phone we're loud enough for a passerby to hear. This didn't mean she was disappointed, in fact she was somewhat entertained by the result. She hoped Dawko would accept the proposal, but did not expect him to. The response she got made her feel a little confident. Jessica is not the type of person who likes waiting for things to come.
The house felt more empty to Lewis now. By instinct, he was going to message Fusion. He stopped himself, remembering that they had somewhat of an argument. Dawko made him leave. This wasn't what Dawko intended when inviting him over. He'll talk to him in the morning. After Jessica's proposal, he doesn't feel very mad at Fusion anymore. Dawko questioned if he can ever be normal with Will again. He can with Fusion, although he's still upset about the situation. Will was right, Fusion didn't kiss Jessica. Will did, or perhaps Jessica kissed him.
He didn't know what he'd do about Will. He didn't want to lose either friends. He didn't want to lose Jessica. He knew he couldn't the situation and that he was going to be left hurt. Right now, he felt what he needed most was the advice and comfort of his friends. Dawko sighed as he went to clean the house up a bit. He was left in his thoughts, and he knew this would be a long process. After cleaning, he went to go make a Twitter post from his phone.
"Hey guys! Quick announcement, I'll be posting videos much slower than my usual schedule. I will not be posting for a little while. There's some personal issues atm. Sorry all!" Dawko posted. It wouldn't be long before people started to see it. He had a lot to worry about right now, including making content.
Dawko went upstairs to his room and passed by the guest bedroom. He cleaned the room a little as he had forgotten to do so earlier. He saw Fusion's belongings there. He frowned as he missed Fusion further. He felt a bit bad about kicking him out, but then again he felt like they hid it from him.
Dawko checked the time. It was late, he would probably go to bed soon. He decided he'd text Fusion in the morning. Dawko wondered what he was doing as he prepared to go to bed. Dawko remembered he needed to consider Jessica's proposal. He went around the house, turning off all of the lights so he could go to sleep. He finally went to his room and laid down after turning off his lights. Dawko was anxious for what would happen tomorrow. Should he text Fusion? Should he text Jessica? Will? Does he have to apologize? He asked himself. He hoped Fusion was somewhere safe. He hoped that he was staying with Will instead of sleeping on the street. He was too embarrassed to ask.
