It's been about two years since they began living together, their training has been going mighty well. Ruby was a fast learner that plus her slender, agile body helped her grow. Ruby also taught Fang about the world, its currency called Lien, the monsters destroying towns and killing people known as the Grimm. Usually their training would begin with practicing the different swings with a scythe plus the combos as well. After some time she finally gave it a name which was inscribed upon it by a special symbol...
At the moment Ruby and Fang were away from home on a train heading to Vale. Though Fang created the Manor with an abundance of supplies it still was able to run out and at the moment it had reached a dangerously low number.
Ruby:This is my first time heading to Vale…But how did you get the money for the train?
Fang:I have my ways…(Thought) Using Mana to make Lien greatest use yet almost as great as when I made that card to win spade..
The train began passing a clearing despite it being night large creatures could be made out moving within the forest mostly due to the burning red eyes watching the train.
Fang:A world of monsters…hmmm.
Ruby leaned her head on his shoulder as she lightly tapped Fang’s leg.
Ruby:Fang…
Fang:Hmmm?
Ruby:You don’t have to answer but what was that blue aura you had back when you first helped me?
Fang:That’s called Core, the physical and mental manifestation of Mana.
Ruby:(Confused)Mana like the things Heroes used in the book?
Fang:(Chuckles)I guess, Mana is the very life essence of the Earth; it aids and maintains the balance of the world.
Ruby:And you're somehow able to control it?
Fang:(Nods) My Dragon can…
Ruby sat up to look at Fang, she had a puzzled expression…
Ruby:Dragon?
Fang:Long story...My turn, what was that weird rose thing you did when you tried to run.
Ruby:I'm not truely certain, but it might've been my Semblance.
Fang:That thing you asked me about when we first met?
Ruby:Our Semblance is the manifestation of our souls…
Fang:Like how Cores are the manifestation of Mana.
Ruby:(Nods)It takes the form of some sort of ability. Apparently it can also act as a shield.
Fang leaned deeper into his seat with a slight puff, Taking a quick glance out the window, he realized just how different this world was compared to his own..
Fang:We're almost there, ready?
Ruby:Definitely!
