Day after day, Des would look for Shane because she really liked him. They enjoyed each other's company immensely, even if it meant communicating through scraps of paper. Many a time, Des did the talking and Bridgit and Shane, the listening, always ready with a handkerchief to while away their tears. Whenever one of them was feeling down, John would bring her to the relationship helper. Shane would urge her to tell Des what was going on. Months soon passed, and this was soon filled with many happy faces. This was their paradise.
"Hey Des, we have a problem" Bridgit said. "Yes, what's the matter Bridgit" said Des. "Well, I feel Shane doesn't like my outfit" said Bridgit. "Aww well let's get Shane in here" said Des. "Shane can you come here for a sec" Des yells. Shane walks to the room. "Yes" Said Shane. "Bridgit claims you don't like her outfit, is that true" said Des. "Well kinda" said Shane. "Shane I thought you loved me" said Bridgit. Bridgit runs off and Des follows.
Looking at the man who loved her so deeply, she smiled. Touching her eyes which were once his, tears streaked down her cheeks. His eyes brimming with her tears. "I'll always be with you..." said Shane. On the couch was a list of things Shane loved. Under it, he kept a things of people he'll be with forever. Bridgit read it and felt proud. With great feelings, Mary picked up the list and looked at it. The two then finally felt that connection again. Slowly, Mary walked over and placed the list in Shane's hands. It was only then that she tasted the warm salty wetness of her own tears and realised how hard she was crying. Shane and Bridgit looked at each other for a few minutes. Then Des walks into the room and sees Shane and Bridgit looking into each other's eyes.
"Bridgit! Can you see I truly love you?" Shane said. The love between them is. However, it was a great blessing that Bridgit had forgiven Shane Looking into the mirror, she was happy to find that herself was happy. She wore the same shade of blue, but now Shane is in love with Bridgit again
