When Des and Shane go back into the hospital they were allowed in Bridgit's room. As they walk in there is a note from Bridgit. Bridgit wasn't in the room at the time. And the note said read without me. Shane puts the flowers down and read the note from Bridgit. The note states:
Dear Des and Shane,
As my scans went on. The hospital found something in me. They said that I have 2 days to live. There's nothing there could cure me. I wanted to tell you that I love you so much for all you've done. You're truly amazing how you feel about me. If God blesses me with life right now then I could be alive today. I want you to continue praying for me and hope for the best for me. I love you no matter what happens to me. You're the best people ever. Now that I said this in one part let me get myself together and write about both of you.
Des, you're honestly the best fan ever since I have been performing on stage. I truly love you so much. For all that you've done for me has been the best. You've always wanted to be just like me and I hope you continue that faith in me and continue to want to be just like me. You're a beautiful girl that has much to come for your future. I really hope you have a great life if I die. I'm always here for you. If I die I'll always protect you. Always continue singing because you're amazing just the way you are and have a true talent. Never thought I'd say this but my record deal wants to pass the time to have you famous to you. He has your number so he'll call you. Good luck with fame! I love you with all my heart and soul. You're my best friend no matter what.
Shane, you're honestly so happy for Des. Our life together is already amazing, and together it will get better and better. Every time I see your face, it lights up my world. I don't want to say I couldn't live without you, I just wouldn't want to. We have our ups and downs, but it's worth it. My heart races the moment I see you. The moment you smile, my troubles disappear. You are the best thing that's ever happened to me. The day I met you was the best and I hope what we have will last as long as I live or I cannot imagine the rest. Holding your hand, stealing a kiss, smuggling in a warm hug all these things make my day and it is all because of you my love. Each time you say goodbye to go somewhere I feel so alone; the only time I feel complete is when we meet up again. I never thought of "goodbye" as a bad word till we had to say it to each other. If life is like a game of football, I scored the winning goal the day I met you. You are the lovely surprise that every girl hopes she will get and never does. I am lucky that I did. I love you so much baby I will always protect you and Des. Stay strong baby.

"Don't cry babe it's okay" said Shane
"I want to see Bridgit one last time I need to see her" said Des
"Look here she is" said Shane
Des turns in surprise to see Bridgit on the bed. She gets up so she can come in
"Bridgit are you okay" said Des
Bridgit doesn't respond
"Bridgit talk to me" Des concernedly said
Still no response
"Bridgit say something to me" screamed Des
Bridgit doesn't say anything
"Shane there's something wrong with Bridgit" said Des
"Uh... Look at the screen!" Said Des
"What's happening!" Said Des
"I think she's having a heart failure" said Shane
"Get the nurse" said Des
"NURSE! NURSE! SOMEONE HELP" screamed Shane
"What going on?!" Said nurse
"Look at the heart screen" said Shane
"That's no heart fail... THATS A HEART ATTACK!" Screamed nurse
The doctor takes Bridgit in for surgery but sadly during the surgery Bridgit dies.
"I have some bad news for you" said Nurse
"Yes?" Said Shane concerned
"Bridgit died during surgery" said Des
"What" said Shane
"Oh my god" saddened Des
"I'm sorry for your loss" symphonicly said the nurse
"We minus well leave" said Des
"Yup" said Shane
As Des and Shane leave they both start crying because of Bridgit's death. The funeral home made the funeral reservations for the funeral of Bridgit.
-1 year later-
"I miss Bridgit so much" said Des
"Same, but we're going to get through this together" said Shane
"Yes" said Des
"Let's do it, a mom or no mom, we still love her anyway. And she'll always be my wife" said Shane
"Aw" said Des
"Let's go do something new" said Shane
"Okay" Said Des
Des and Shane go and have a good rest of their lives living together without Bridgit. They know what it feels like to have no Bridgit around but they know they should make the best of life. They live a happily ever after!
