Des and Shane can't wait to see Bridgit's reaction. Shane goes up to Bridgit and gives her the surprise. "Bridgit Claire Mendler, would you like to go to Disney land with me and Des?" Said Shane "Omg yes I would" said Bridgit. But Bridgit doesn't know the bigger surprise. When they arrive, that night Shane proposed to Bridgit. Des was crying because she didn't know Shane would ask Bridgit to marry him. Bridgit said I'll think about it. They all went back to the hotel room and got a good nights rest. In the morning, Shane asked again. Bridgit came out and said yes.
Marriage day comes and Des is the Bridesmaid. She is so happy to be marrying the love of his life. After all, Bridgit and Shane did love each other very much and they were like husband and wife when they were dating. Shane said that he still wants Des to be the relationship helper, because it's fun having her around and Des and Shane became the best of friends. Bridgit was happy to be marrying the guy who she loves most, Shane means so much to her and she doesn't know what she would do without him. After they get married, Bridgit said to Shane that they'd adopt Des. So then Bridgit would not only be her best friend, but her mom. She felt proud to be having her idols as her parents now. Des Harper, Bridgit Harper and Shane Harper, one big happy family! And a good family to each other. In Des's opinion, she is proud to be related to her idols and to be having her idols has her parents. This was a big gift to her after they got married. And the Harpers lived happily ever after in Florida for the rest of their lives.
