Everything for the Welcome party was set and decided. The work was divided equally among everyone.
Mother Jeon and Father Jeon would send out the invitations.
Grandpa Jeon and Grandma Jeon would be incharge of the food list.
Jimin and Rosé would be incharge of the decorations.
Hyunjin would assist everyone who needed help.
Jungkook and Lisa were asked to pick up clothes for themselves and arrive at the venue on time.
....
It was almost midnight when everything ended.
Father Kim and Hyunjin were the first one to leave. Before leaving Hyunjin hugged Lisa and said, "I'll come tomorrow again okay sis. Take care of yourself and brother-in-law as well."
Father Kim patted his daughters head and said, "Take care of yourself and your family. Lisa you are lucky to have so many people by your side who genuinely love and care for you. I know things did not turn up as you had expected it to be but let me tell you something, this is much more better than what you had hoped for."
Lisa smiled and nodded her head.
Father Kim and Hyunjin hopped into their car and drove away.
Even when their car was no where at sight, Lisa stood their in daze. She was thinking about what Rosé and father Kim has told her. She really shouldn't let her past affect her future right? She should accept things as they come. She was really getting much more than she had actually expected.
As Lisa was busy with her thoughts, someone placed his warm arm around her waist. "What are you thinking about?"
When Lisa heard Jungkook's deep voice, she lifted her head and smiled at him. This handsome man was her husband. The man who had actually rescued her from a great mess and given her a new life and identity. Though they were already married he never forced her to do anything. Instead he always told her that he would wait for her. Rosé was right, since they are already married there was no need to hold back right? She should give this relationship a chance.
"Tired?" Jungkook asked.
Wrapping her hand around his waist, Lisa leaned against his body and said, "Maybe."
Kissing her on her head, Jungkook said, "Lets go in and take some rest. Tomorrow is going to be a busy day for everyone."
Without waiting for her reply, Jungkook picked Lisa in his arms and started walking inside the villa.
Lisa tried to stop and said, "Put me down. There are so many people inside."
Ignoring her, Jungkook said, "You are my wife. There is nothing wrong in whatever I am going."
...
As they entered the villa, Everyone got up as they saw them.
Mother Jeon rushed towards them and asked, "What happened? Did Lisa get hurt somewhere?"
Jungkook shook his head and said, "No she is tried so I am taking her upstairs."
Mother Jeon breathed a sigh of relief and said, "You two really scared me."
Lisa's face had turned red Sue to embarrassment.
"It's quite late so even I will take my leave now." Rosé said.
"It's too late now. It's not safe for you to go back alone. Let Jimin drive you home." Jungkook said.
Rosé bit her lower lip and said, "Actually there is no need for that."
"I'll drive you home. Don't worry." Jimin said.
"Yes Rosé let Jimin drive you home. You'll be safe with him." Mother Jeon said.
Rosé smiled at mother Jeon and nodded her head. After giving mother Jeon a hug, Rosé left Jeon Mansion with Jimin.
"You two also go up and take some rest." Mother Jeon said.
Jungkook nodded his head and took Lisa upstairs.
Mother Jeon smiled at Jungkook and Lisa as they were going upstairs.
Wrapping his arms around Mother Jeon's waist, Father Jeon asked, "Do you want me to carry to as well."
Mother Jeon giggled and said, "I feel very happy for Jungkook and Lisa. They really make a good couple."
Father Jeon kissed his wife's forehead and said, "Not better than us."
