74.Are You Teasing Me

When Lisa and the rest arrived at Jeon ancestral mansion, Jungkook was waiting for them at the entrance.

Taking the bags from Lisa's hand, he kissed his forehead, "I missed you."

Lisa blushed and lowered her head.

Taehyung rolled his eyes, "Dramatic."

Jungkook narrowed his eyes, "What did you say?"

Raising his hands up, Taehyung said, "Nothing."

"Stop it both of you." Mother Jeon said. Turning towards Jungkook, she continued, "Jungkook, Take Lisa upstairs she must be tired."

Lisa shook her head, "It's okay mom. I want to help you and grandma in the kitchen."

Smiling at her, mother Jeon said, "Rest for a while. There isn't much to do. We will manage. I'll call for you if I need help."

"Mother is right. You are very clumsy what if you burn your hand again." Jungkook said.

Rolling her eyes at him, Lisa said, "I am not clumsy."

"Okay no stop teasing my daughter. Take her upstairs." Mother Jeon said.

Wrapping his arms around Lisa's waist, Jungkook escorted her upstairs.

Inside the bedroom

Jungkook placed the bags on the bed, "What did you buy?"

"I bought a gift for Hyunjin."

"You did not buy anything for yourself?"

"No. I already have enough clothes."

Jungkook laughed.

"What are you laughing at?" Lisa asked.

Shaking his head, Jungkook said, "Don't women love to shop? I read somewhere that the best way to please once wife is to allow her shop as much as she wants."

Lisa laughed, "Well If that is the case then Mr Jeon can consider himself lucky."

Jungkook sat in the bed and said, "I'll take you to the mall tomorrow. We have to buy clothes for your Welcome party."

Lisa nodded her head.

"Lisa what is inside this bag?" Jungkook asked pointing towards a small bag.

"That is also a gift." Lisa said.

Picking up the bag, Jungkook asked, "For whom?"

Pointing towards his chest, Lisa said, "You."

Jungkook smiled cheekily, "Me? You bought something for me?" Without waiting for her reply, Jungkook started digging the bag.

Lisa could not help but laugh at his childish behaviour, "It's a tie."

Holding the tie in his, Jungkook walked towards Lisa. Wrapping his arm around her waist, he said, "It's beautiful."

"I want you to wear it on my welcome party."

Kissing her on her forehead, Jungkook said, "As you wish."

Wrapping her hands around his neck, Lisa asked, "Mr Jeon would like you take an afternoon nap with me?"

Jungkook smiled and pulled her towards the bed.

On the bed

Lisa placed her head on Jungkook's chest and asked, "Mr Jeon can I ask you something."

"You don't have to ask me before asking anything." Jungkook answered.

Lisa remained silent for a while and the asked, "Who is Simon? And why do I feel like he is trying to harm you?"

Jungkook paused for a while. He did not want to tell her about his other identity.

"It's okay if you don't want to answer." Lisa said.

Jungkook took a deep breath and said, "When Grandpa Jeon had just started Jeon Corporation, Simons Father, Joseph was his assistant. Grandpa trusted him a lot and often left important matters on his hands to handle. But Joseph's intentions were not right. He was diverting the clients of Jeon Corporation towards his own company which he had secretly started. When Grandpa came to know about this, he kicked him out of the company and also destroyed Joseph's company. Few days after that incident, Grandpa Li met with an accident and almost died. Later we came to know that Joseph was behind that accident. He secretly joined hands with a gang of the underworld. After that, Grandpa was attacked many times but he always managed to escape. Later Dad inherited garndpa and there Simon inherited Joseph. Simon continued doing what Joseph used to do. My father was also attacked numerous times. Simon and his father want to take over Jeon Corporation. Their main aim is to kill the current heir of the Jeon household and take advantage of the situation. Luckily they never succeeded."

Lisa lifted her head up and asked, "Aren't you the current heir of the Jeon household?"

Jungkook nodded his head, "Luckily I am still alive."

When Jungkook looked into Lisa's eyes, he could see fear in her eyes.

Hugging her tightly,he said, "Don't worry Mrs Jeon I won't die before giving my parents a grandchild."

Hitting his chest, Lisa said, "Who wants to have kids with you?"

"What? Is it necessary that it has to be you?" Li Singtan asked.

"What do you mean?"

"Well If you don't want to carry my kids then obviously I have to find someone else who will?"

Lisa smiled and said,"You can ask Miss Rushi for help. I am sure she will help you in every possible way."

Jungkook eyes widened in shock, "For the last time Lisa, there is nothing going on between us. I have never met her."

Lisa giggled.

"Are you teasing me?" Jungkook asked.

"What do you think?"

Jungkook started tickling her and said, "So you are really teasing me."

"Ahh hahah Stop. Please don't hahaha Singtan stop. Hahahah."

The whole room echoed with their laughter.

Jungkook was very happy. His relationship with Lisa was gradually improving.
