92.No Point Dwelling In The Past

When Jungkook entered his room, Lisa was already sleeping.

After changing into his home clothes, Jungkook sat on his side of the bed turning towards Lisa.

Touching her cheeks with his thumb, Jungkook planted a kiss on her forehead and was about to retreat when Lisa wrapped her hands around his waist and placed her head on his chest and asked, "Where were you?"

" I was with Ben." Jungkook answered.

"Hmmm." Lisa said.

"Tired?" Jungkook asked.

Lisa nodded her head.

"Sleep. Tomorrow is going to be a long day." After saying this, Jungkook turned off the light.

The couple slowly drifted into a deep sleep while embracing each other.

Next day when Lisa woke up, Jungkook had already left.

Thinking that she had overslept again, slapped her forehead. She quickly got down from the bed and rushed towards the washroom.

After taking a quick morning shower, when she came down,she saw Mother Jeon, Jennie and grandma Jeon sitting in the living room sipping tea while Ben was sitting in another corner drawing something.

When Mother Jeon saw her, she smiled at her and asked, "Why did you wake up so early?"

"Early? I though I overslept." Lisa said.

Pointing towards the clock, Grandma Jeon said, "It's only 8 in the morning. What made you think that you overslept?"

Lisa scratched her head and said, "When I woke up, Jungkook had already left so I thought-"

Mother Jeon giggled and said, "Your father, Taehyung and Jungkook left a bit early today."

"Sister-in-law come and have some tea." Jennie said.

"Even I would love to have some tea." Someone shouted from the entrance..

Lisa smiled at the sight of the person and said, "What are you doing here early in the morning?"

Rosé walked in and after greeting mother Jeon and grandma Jeon she sat beside Lisa and said, "Your husband asked me to come and help you dress up for the banquet tonight."

Lisa nodded her head and said, "Ohh Rosé this is Jennie." Turning towards Jennie, she said, "And Jennie this is An Rosé my best friend."

Rosé smiled at Jennie and said, "It's a pleasure to meet you."

"Same here." Jennie said.

"You young people sit and talk. Mother and I will be going outside. We will take Ben along with us." After saying this Mother Jeon and grandma Jeon left along with Ben.

"Who is that cute little boy?" Rosé asked.

"He is my son and his name his Ben." Jennie said.

Rosé widened her eyes in shock and said, "You are married?"

Jennie shook her head and said, "No I am not married."

Seeing a confused look on Rosé's face, Jennie decided to tell her everything.

By the time Jennie ended her story, Rosé had a complex expression on her face.

"It's sad to know that you had face such awful things at a very young age but all that is in the past now. People should live in the present and future. There is no point dwelling in the past."

Jennie weakly smiled and nodded her head.

"Okay now let's not talk about serious things. It's a big day for the new Mrs Jeon." Rosé said.

"Let's go to my room." Xie Ming said.

The trio then headed towards Xie Ming's room.

Inside the room

"I met Yeri yesterday." Lisa told Rosé.

"That bitch." Rosé shouted.

Lisa smirked and said, "You know what she told me? She told me that I am Jeon Jungkook's mistress and he will never marry me."

Rosé burst into laughter after hearing that.

Jennie raised her eyebrows and said, "Is She the same girl who married your ex fiancée?"

"You know about it?" Lisa asked.

Jennie smiled and said, "I know everything. So she thinks that you are a mistress?"

"Ya. She was also showing off her wedding ring." Lisa said.

"You don't have a wedding ring?" Rosé asked.

"How can Brother Jungkook forget to get you a wedding ring?" Jennie said.

Lisa smiled and said, "It's not his fault. We got married really very fast. So it's normal for him to forget."

Rosé frowned and said, "When I heard about eternity being sold yesterday, I thought Mr Jeon was the one who bought it for you. But I guess I was wrong."

"Hey sister-in-law since brother doesn't remember getting you a ring why don't you get him one?" Jennie suggested.

Lisa raised her eyebrows and said, "I think that is a great idea."

"Yes. You can give it to him in the banquet tomorrow." Rosé said.

"Let's go and buy a ring for him. We are already running short of time." After saying this, Lisa picked up a random dress from her wardrobe and entered the washroom.

Jennie also rushed towards her room to get dressed.
