Centuries later

It's been almost 200 years since the the lionhart family was reunited. They all lived happily again.
they all did slowly recovered from the incident.
Though, through time they learned what they've become.

Mahiru was cooking breakfast in the kitchen for gear and Kuro and their new friend that gear took a liking to, named Youtarou. Mahiru enjoyed the fact that they all have been together in a household to help eachother and keep eachother company.
"Good morning honey" Mahiru said as he felt arms wrap around him in an affectionate manner, "morning darling" Kuro responded but yawned tiredly.
"You woke up early today, something on your mind you want to discuss?" Mahiru said as he continued to make breakfast for everyone.
"No just wanted to hold you" Kuro responded to his question but was purring softly, "alright" Mahiru said as he turned his head slightly leaving a gentle kiss on the side of his head. Mahiru proceeded to plate breakfast for everyone onto the table.
Kuro and him proceeded to eat the meal since they both knew Youtarou and gear like to sleep in a little bit longer.
"So..." Mahiru started his sentence catching kuros attention, "I was planning on going to Japan to see how the children are doing" Mahiru finished his sentence taking his plate to the sink to clean it.
"Is that so?" Kuro said as he drank some tea.
"Mhm" Mahiru replied, "do you want to come as well? I know you miss them too" Mahiru finished the statement, but he turned his head to look at Kuro showing warmth in his eyes at the offer.
"I'll think about it" Kuro said with a small yawn but placed his plate and cup into the sink.
"Alright well I know I'm still going" Mahiru replied to his response.
"Also" Mahiru began his sentence.
"Hm?" Kuro looked at him tiredly.
Mahiru grabbed kuros coat in a gentle manner kissing the servamp on the mouth for a good few seconds. "Happy birthday" Mahiru said as he pulled away with a small smile.
He could hear kuros purring getting louder knowing that he really loved Mahirus affection, it was like seeing a cat with catnip but calmer.
"Your the best gift I can have including the cubs... your all a blessing.." Kuro said as he held Mahiru close in a loving embrace.
Kuro always felt whole as a person when it came to Mahiru he loved his boyfriend and cubs greatly even if he doesn't show it as often anymore.
Both Mahiru and Kuro stayed in this hold for a little while enjoying eachothers embrace and warmth.
"You all are adorable but please get a fucking room" gear said as he entered the kitchen area of the house.
"Good morning gear" Mahiru said with a soft friendly tone.
"So I heard you've been planning on visiting your cubs as of recently" gear said as he sat down and ate.
"That's right I was thinking of going during the week or during the weekend" Mahiru responded to gears implement.
"I see well I'll make sure Youtarou doesn't go on a spree when you do" hear said as he took a bite of his food.
"I'm glad you are being thoughtful about keeping a house clean gear" Mahiru said with slight sarcasm but it was a full of amusement in the tone.
"From what I've heard as of recently, is that they all have new eves" Mahiru said as prepared the kettle.
"Is that so? Sounds troubling to me" Kuro said with a yawn but there was a hint of interest in his tone.
"I wonder what their like" Mahiru said with a joyful smile.
