I know, I know, we all aren't fans of rules but they will help make the competition run smoothly so I hope you abide by them:
1. Follow Another8000 and this account, GeraldStark161, to get updates on the competition.
2. You must give this award a shoutout on your message board and add it to your public reading list for people to know about.
3. Your book must be in English since I don't speak other languages, sadly.
4. Do not edit your work or change anything in it during judging. It may cause confusion and will get your book disqualified.
5. I will only be reading these categories of books (and may include others in my future awards):
-Romance
-Paranormal
-Historical fiction
-Fantasy
-Teen fiction
-Short story
-Poetry
6. You can enter up to three books but one per category. NOT in the same category.
7. Your book must have at least five chapters, excluding a prologue, writer's note, and so on.
8. It has to have at least three chapters if it's a poem and one chapter if it's a short story.
9. The short story must have at most 15 chapters.
10. And also know that I can't accept every single form as I am one being so please do not be hateful towards users with accepted books since I've seen that happen before.
11. This is not necessarily a rule but I want to ask kindly if you can read my books You, Me and Penumbrae.
