I woke up feeling good as fuck cause it was my fucking birthday..

I've never had a good birthday if we being for real , but every year I would be blessed for another year instead of being in the ground ..

I got up and stretched, walking to my bathroom to brush my teeth and wash my face ..

"Happy Birthday to youu , Happy Birthday to youu" my mother sung as she walked in the room with a pink mini personal cake , with white balloons and black lettering that spelled my "Happy 19th Birthday Ka'nari".

"Oh my Gosh thank you mama !" I cooed sliding to the side of my bed to grab the cake..

"Your welcome baby , I wanna apologize for not putting you first when we were in New Jersey.. I let a nigga get in between me and my child and Im so so sorry .. Im so sorry for all those birthdays I didn't put in to Ka'nari , and today ima make up for that " my mother confessed with pleading eyes while mine watered

It felt so good to hear her apologize for all the pain she caused when she put her ex before me .. It took her a year , but I couldn't imagine the pain and hurtful thoughts she had to get over before apologizing..

That's gone ALWAYS be my mama and I only get one ..

"Mama I forgive you , I been forgave you.." I said wiping my tears as we gave a tight hug.

"Whew chile , Okay now get dressed .. you have a day full of shit to do , so you need to be dressed by 10:30" she said patting my thighs , while getting up to leave the room

"Oh my Gosh , okay mama" I smiled as she kissed my forehead leaving out ..

I got up and went to turn my shower on .. I turned my speaker on , playing " She Don't" by Ella Mai featured Ty Dollar$ign
