She's the most popular girl in school. Her twin brother is the most popular boy. Her best friends are sweet and caring. So is one of her brothers best friends. The other one is the schools badass. The player, the heartbreaker, the jerk and as much as she denied it good looking.
Jade and Jake Baker go threw hell when there grandparents first die. They practically raised them after all. Jade finds out what people really think of her while she's already broken. Her best friends CeCe and Rose help pick her up. Her brother tries to help. So does Nate, Jake's nice best friend. Brad is the badass of the school he is also one of Jakes best friends. What is she supposed to think when Brad tries to help?
When Brads attitude to her changes she knows something is up. She finally goes to speak to him in school, when it backfires. That's when it clicks he's only nice to her when it's them two. But why?
Jake and Jade put on brave faces. Jade tries to pretend that she doesn't know what people say about her. Jake tries to support her but their whole world crashes down even more when there parents die. Luckily for them the mortgage was payed and the house was left to them. What they didn't know is there parents were dead rich. They had to organise the money they went by a strict money schedule until they could get jobs. Jake and Jade try to stay strong but with all the confusion it's hard. The schools badass being nice to Jade, there parents dying, there grandparents dying.
Jade makes the worst mistake she could and kisses Brad but she would have never guessed what it lead to. Jake wouldn't have guessed either. Brad had it all planned out in his head until......
