Chapter 14.... A mystery

Chapter 14

A.N another long chapter but I don't know what you guys like of you like long or short so sorry if you don't like the length.
*RACHELS POV*

Tristan had just dropped Aeryn and I off at the hotel. There's something going on with him he kept looking at Aeryn. I decided to ignore it. Aeryn and got into the lift and started dancing to 'our jam.' Tonight is going to be fun.

*TRISTANS POV*

I don't know why but when I dropped Aeryn and Rachel off, I felt disappointed. I don't know why. Probably because my best friend (Rachel) won't be here to watch movies with me or mess around with. As well as that she tends to stop a Brad annoying me, only because he annoys her but still. Or it could be because of Aeryn. I don't know why but she intrigues me. I want to know so much about her. She just seems like such a mystery to me. To be honest I'm not quite sure. I kind if wish I stayed with them. Only God knows what dramas going to kick off tonight or whether there will be any.

After hours of Brad annoying me and complaining he was bored James walked in. He came in like he had been around all day and nothing had happened. That wasn't the case though. I paused the Tv, and Brad and I both turned out hands to look at him. He completely ignored our stares and tapped away at his phone. I cleared my throat to grab his attention. He looked up from his phone and near me. He didn't meet my eyes though he was avoiding eye contact.

"So James where have you been?" I asked. Genuinely worried about what trouble he's gotten himself into. Whenever he's upset or angry he goes out and when he comes back he acts like nothing happened. But something always comes back around and bites one of us in the arse.

"Places." His answer was simple and didn't even answer the question. He does this all the time. When he's angry or upset he will walk out and either get into trouble or hurt someone's feelings. It always comes back and bites him in the arse though.

"James what have you done? You and I are talking about this I don't care. How much trouble have you got yourself into?"

I asked. I generally wanted to know. If James isn't going to clean up his mess I will. Hopefully the boys will help me. At the moment I'm not sure though. I mean Connor is Rachel's older brother and is very protective over her.

"I haven't done anything. For once I actually haven't. I thought that you guys noticed that I have changed." He was clearly frustrated he was repeatedly running his hand through his hair.

In James' defence he has changed. Ever since he met Rachel he stopped going round causing trouble and banging multiple girls. He never used to care. After Sophie broke his heart he was always having a one night fling, nearly 4 times a week. After Rachel came into our lives he stopped. He went back to the good person everyone loved. He made a mistake. No one should fault him for that. Everyone makes mistakes. I just hope that he stays the good person he's becoming. Instead of going back. I also hope that Connor and Rach eventually forgive him.

*The next day*

*AERYN'S POV*

I woke up feeling amazing. Rachel was still in bed so I went and grabbed a shower. I love hotels they are so clean, fresh and amazing. Last night was awesome we had such a long girly chat. Rachel seems to think I fancy Tristan, even if I did I wouldn't admit it to anyone. After a long shower my muscles felt relaxed so I got dressed in the bathroom and walked out to see Rachel had ordered us both some pancakes. After breakfast we both got ready and decided to go to the shopping centre. We were walking around the shopping centre just browsing when Rachel got a text.

*RACHEL'S POV*

I looked down at my phone to see I had a text from Brad.

'Hello beautiful I think we should have our date today but instead of just a normal date we are going to go on a double with Tris and Aeryn, if she doesn't mind. We thought that you guys would have wanted to go shopping so we made a reservation at nandos if that's okay with you. After we can go to the beach and just have a relaxing day. Oh and I need to tell you something.
