I watch as Eddie looks through cabinets, trying to find something to eat. I was going to go with the group but they suggest I stay here to keep Eddie company.
He opens the top cabinets, and pauses. He takes out spaghettios, and looks at it. "Yeah" He says turning to me.
"This'll do" He says. "Can you even cook?" I ask. "Its spaghettios, what could go wrong?" He says.
He turns on the stove, and puts the food in the pot. He stirs it around a little bit, then waits for it to cook.
After its done cooking, he pours him some, and me some in a bowl. "Can you hand me that walkie talkie?" He asks.
I reach over and grab it, then I give it to him. "Hey Dustin this is Eddie, you there?" He says into the walkie talkie.
"Dustin can you hear me?" He asks again. I sigh, "Hes probably sleeping" I say. He waves me off, "Dustin?" He says again.
"Earth to Dustin" He continues. "Hey its Nancy" A reply comes back. "Wheeler! Hey. I kinda need a food delivery" He says.
"Unless you want me going out into the world-" He says, getting cut off by Nancy. "No, no. Don't do that"
"Just stay where you are, we'll be there soon" Nancy says, turning off the walkie talkie. "No, Wheeler? Wheeler?" He says, sighing when theres no reply.
..
I'm back at the Mikes house with, Dustin, Lucas, Robin, Nancy, Steve, and Max. I go to Max whos sitting at the table upstairs. "Is this what you saw?" I ask. "Yeah" she says, "I thought it would be easier to draw it out, but not so much" she finishes.
"Is that..?" I start to ask, while grabbing the paper. "Its like they were on display or something" She says.
"And theres this red fog everywhere" She explains. "Do you think Vecnas just trying to scare you?" I ask.
"With Billy, yeah. But when I made it here, something was different" She says. "Different how?" I ask.
"He seemed surprised, like he didn't want me there" She says. Dustin leans forward, "Maybe you infiltrated his mind. He invaded your mind right? Is it that big a leap you somehow ended up in his?" Dustin asks.
"Like Freddy Kruegers boiler room" Dustin says, getting a spark in his eyes. " Freddy Krueger?" Holly asks.
"Hes a super burned up dude with razors for fingers, and he kills you in your dreams" Dustin explains. "Seriously?" Nancy says, rolling her eyes.
"Sorry, its a movie" Dustin says quickly. He turns back to us, "Just.. think about it. What if you somehow unlocked a door to Vecnas world? Maybe the answer were looking for is somewhere in this incredibly vague drawing-God we need Will!" He says.
"No shit, but i tried them again and again this morning and its just the same busy signal" Max says.
"Is this a window?" Nancy asks, holding the piece of paper. "Yeah" Max says. "Stained glass with roses" Nancy says.
Max looks at her, "Yeah. See? I'm not so terrible after all" Max says to Dustin. Dustin makes a face at her.
"Yeah well it helps that i've seen it before" Nancy says. She starts moving the papers around, trying to find a connection.
I look at her confused, she starts folding some papers, and putting them together like a puzzle. She gets a marker, and starts tracing it.
My eyes widen in realization. "Its pieces of a house" I say. "Not just any house, Its Victor Creels house" Nancy says.
