Chapter 7: The Massacre at Hawkins Lab

I quickly run to where I hear noises, and I see Steve with bats on him, robin and Nancy. I put my hand out and quickly throw one bat thats flying toward him away.

"HOLD IT DOWN!" I yell, Robin steps on the bat thats around Steves neck, and I hold my hand out, making it screech, then it explodes.

I turn to Eddie, seeing a bat coming toward him. "Eddie!" I yell, making him look at me. I hold out my hand again, making the bat stop in mid air, then it explodes.

I hear Nancy scream, and I see a bat on her back, and Robin trying to get it off. "Hold still!" I yell, making Robin stop what shes doing. I tilt my head down, and I make the bat get off Nancy, then I use my power again to make the bat slam on the ground over and over again.

Steve gets up once all the bats are gone, and he spits out blood. "Thanks y/n" He says. "No Problem" I say.

Everyone takes deep breaths. "Steve!" Nancy says, walking over to him. "Jesus H Christ!" Eddie yells as he throws his oar down.

"Ary you ok?" Nancy asks, looking at Steve. "Well, they took about a pound of flesh" Steve says.

"But other then that, never better" Steve says. "Do you think these bats have rabies?" Robin questions.

"What?" I ask. "Its just that, rabies are my greatest fear, and I think we should get you to a doctor soon." Robin says.

We hear more bats coming, and I look to see that there are in fact, more bats heading our way. I stand in front of everyone.

"All right, theres not that many" Steve says. The bats then screech at us, "We can take em" Steve says.

Than a whole army of bats start coming toward us, "You were saying" I say. "The woods, come on" Nancy says.

We all start running toward the woods, dodging the vines. We go in the woods, and we find Skull Rock, and we hide under that.

Robin looks out from under the rock, "Oh, okay" She says as she crawls out. "That was close" I say.

"Yeah" Steve says. Steve stands up, but falls against the rock, Nancy looks back at him. "Steve?!" She says walking over to him.

"Im fine" He says. "No, your losing blood" Nancy says, "Sit down" she says. Steve sits and takes his hand off the wound, and it looks blistered and infected.

"Heres the good news, I'm  pretty sure wooziness is not a symptom of rabies, but if you start have muscle spasms or if you feel like you wanna punch me, let me know" Robin rants.

"robin?" Steve says. "Yeah?" she says, "I kinda wanna punch you" he says. Robin laughs a little, "Sense of humors still intact, thats a good sign" she says.

Nancy rips a part of her shirt and wraps it around Steve. "Thanks" Steves says, "Yeah, your welcome" Nancys says.

I watch as Eddie climbs up on a rock, "So, uh, This place is likes Hawkins but with monsters and nasty shit?" Eddie asks. 

"Yeah pretty much" I say. Eddie starts to climb down, "Wait! Watch out for the vines, its all a hive mind. If you step on a vine, you step on a bat, or Vecna" I say.

"Great" Eddie says sarcastically. "Everything from our world is here right? Expect people?" Robin asks.

"Yeah" I say. "So we could go to the police station and get guns and grenades and whatever we need to blow up those bat things that are guarding the gate" Robin says.

"I highly doubt the Hawkins PD has grenades Robin" Steve says. "We don't have to go all the way downtown for guns, I have guns, in my bed room" Nancy says.
