"Daring Do stood at the entrance to the central temple chamber.

At last, she was face-to-face with the legendary sapphire statue!"

It took a couple moments for Daring to take in.

She really had just discovered the central chamber( where the very sapphire statue was kept in) alive.

Now the only thing left was, to go to the other side to grab it

But suddenly she felt queasy, and felt that same strange feeling that almost stopped her back then.

Too easy. She said matter of factly.

She looked at her surroundings, grabbed a nearby stone, and chucked it on the stone floor for good measure.

It was a good thing she did, because hundreds of darts came rocketing out, and she looked at them thinking

"There's no way I could survive that".

She racked her head and, stood there thinking hard.

Hmmm, there must be some sort of pattern here. Daring spoke loudly, looking to and from the different, oddly patterned tiles.

What do all the animals have common? she continued, speaking in the same loud clear voice to herself.

Aha these animals are all predators. Except RATs!

Daring's voice rising to a yell now, but she didn't care.

Daring jumped on the stone with a picture of a rat, held still, screwing her eyes tightly.

Sweat was dripping madly over her forehead.

She then finally decided to look and see what had come to her.

But nothing came, and her mouth twitched into a huge grin now.

She had complete faith in her theory, and the confidence that seemed to have deserted her, came rushing back in full swing.

She jumped from tile to tile quite fastly,  making sure to keep to the exact same pattern- and was even picking up more speed as she ran.

Then finally, with a matter of minutes Daring approached the sacred statue, pausing to marvel at it once more.

The statue was right there within her grasp.
She was determined to take it where it belonged and there was nothing there that was going to stop her from doing so.
