chapter twenty

-Jughead's pov-

When i turned around i saw it.

That thing was standing down the street just staring. The others seemed to notice that i was staring at the thing "Jug no one's there" Veronica said putting her hand on my shoulder. I looked at her and said "you don't see him? He's standing right there-" when i turned my head just to see that he was gone.

Of course this caused the other's to be even more worried than they already were, what can i say? That they'll call me crazy and stop being friends with me? Or well they make me go to therapy? Oh wait cause if that happened I'm pretty sure the therapist well probably send me to a mental hospital.

During that day.

I was walking down to Archie's house to hang out there for a bit.

One my way there i felt a pair of eyes staring at me but again when i turned around they were gone.

I just said fuck it and ran the rest of the way to his house. When i got there i barged in and yes i know this made Archie kinda upset that i barged in like i was about to kill him but oh well.

"Don't do that again" he told me while shutting the front door "do it again? Ok" i said before heading upstairs to his room "no i said do- you know whatever nevermind" he followed behind.

When i walked inside, i went to sit down "i felt like i was being followed" i looked up at him when i said that "what do you mean that you felt like you being followed?" He was confused and i don't blame him. So i explained to him what i meant "i mean....when i was walking down to your house i felt someone walking behind me...but when i turned around no one was there and i thought i saw a glimpse of someone a-and i felt someone watching me but no one was outside" i finished explaining.

"I don't think i can continue going through this" this was it, i was losing my mind and i wish i knew the answer to why he was coming after me.

"We're gonna fine out why he's coming after you, ok?" He sat down next to me. I nodded before hugging him. This is worse than being attacked by motherfucking Reggie god damn it just talking about him makes me want to shove his head up a horse's ass where it belongs then maybe he can be with own kind WHICH IS A HEAD UP A HORSE'S ASS.

But...i guess i gotta deal with it till the day i end up being killed by the man.

Anyways where was i, oh yes.

When the day had passed everything still felt off. I ended up staying with Archie for a couple of days till i felt like i was safe to go back to my own house.

When is this gonna end you may ask? Well i have no idea and I'm gonna fine a way to put and end to this nightmare.

Everyday feels like a nightmare. I'm losing sleep and I'm slowly going insane but luckly Veronica and the others are there especially Archie.

But there's that FUCKING MAN. Getting closer as the day passes on.

People at school thinks i finally gone insane and my dad tried putting me in therapy but that didn't work out.

The next think i need to do is go back to that abandoned city and find a way to stop this.

When the sun had finally went down and that it was officially night-time.

I stayed up a little longer downstairs while Archie was in the bathroom showering. I stayed in the kitchen writing this.

And that's when i hear it for once i hear my name being called out.

"Jughead~"

I looked up and looked around and of course i couldn't fine anyone that said my name but there it was again.

"Jughead~"

God damn it.

I thought i was hearing things so i decided to ignore them and that was a mistake....like always. Because the next i remember doing is grabbing a knife when i felt someone touch my back. When i spinned around and almost stabbing Archie. "Hey hey hey its just me" Archie said as i watched him take the knife away from me and set it down on the counter, i leaned against the island and puts my hands on my face "shhhit I'm sorry" i apologized and looked at him "hey it's alright" i felt him put his hand on the side of my face.

I reached my hand up to his wrist. "I want this to end" i told him "i know" i watched him as his expression changed.

That's when i hear it that fucking door shut "hey I'm done" what? I turned around and see Archie walk in the kitchen in fresh clothing "you ok?" He asked. I couldn't comprehend on what just happened so i just shaked my head "um...um yeah i was just thinking" i told him. I knew that he knew that something was off but didn't say anything.

When the next day arrived i just decided to take a shower and get dressed.

"Hey was everything ok last night? I heard you talking to someone when i got out" Archie asked when i walked into the kitchen "um yeah...i'll...I'll tell you later when we get to school" i told him before going to sit down as he cooked breakfast.

Before the time had arrived to leave for school, i was the bathroom brushing my teeth.

When i looked up in the mirror i saw him...that same person from last night. I spinned around and he was gone. Wow is this another to get closer to kill me? Wow so original.

I turned around and rinsed out my mouth before leaving.

During that day.

When we arrived at school i was immediately surrounded by Betty and Veronica and lets not forget about Cheryl.

I tried to get passed then but that didn't work out.

"Hey is everything ok?" Betty questioned me "no nothings ok" i told them, i sighed and told them what had happened. "Oh shit" Cheryl said "yeah" i looked at her.

When school had finished i told them where i was going and left to find a way to put a end to this.
