The flood were making hives everywhere in the city and U.A. was entirely invaded by now.
They used flamethrowers and incendiary grenades.
Endeavor used his strongest moves as possible and the flood continues to spread.
"They just keep spreading, my fire isn't working", yelled Endeavor.
"It's settled then, we must blow up the city", said Griffin.
"What, but U.A., and my agency, they will all vanish, there's got to be another way", yelled Endeavor.
"The flood will grow faster than you can plan, we have no choice", yelled Griffin.
"How will my son graduate, I'm hoping he will lead the agency when I retire", yelled Endeavor.
"There are more important things than the buildings, it's your life, your families lives, the people's lives, do you still have that big ego of being number one", yelled Griffin.
"What kind of hero would I be if I let the city get destroyed by your bombing way's", yelled Endeavor.
"The building's can be replaced, people cannot, unless there's some sort quirk that can do that but may not be permanent effect, the point is if we don't bomb this city the flood will eventually take over the entire planet and take many lives, believe me I used to have a big ego and that lead to the death of my family, I let a villain kill my wife and daughter cause I cared more about my medals, medals for my military duties, I tried being the best in the UNSC but I couldn't complete with Master Chief, John-117, I didn't realize how much I loved them until they died, my wife was the most beautiful and supportive woman I've ever met and my daughter was a sweet and adorable little child, now I've lost them because of my selfishness, is that what you want to happen to your family, you won't have anything left", yelled Griffin.
Suddenly, a giant flood monster appeared out of nowhere.
"Crap, looks like we have bigger problems", said Hawks.

LOCATION: DELTA HALO/TEMPLE

Deku poked his head out of the water along with everyone else who swam towards him.
"Midoriya, are you okay", asked Aizawa.
"I'm okay, but I don't see Master Chief anywhere", answered Deku.
"Where did he go", asked Kirishima.
"No idea, he's probably.....", answered Deku.
A pelican dropped in.
"Hey, you guys okay down there", asked the pilot.
"Yeah but Master Chief is missing", answered Tokoyami.
"We'll find him eventually, is the Prophet Of Regret taken out", asked the pilot.
"Yes, we kicked his butt together", praised Bakugo.
"I hope Chief isn't harmed", said Deku.
"He'll be okay, here hop on, I'll take you guys to the library your mission is done here", said the pilot.
Everyone swam and climbed in to the pelican.
The pelican then took off and flew towards the library.
Meanwhile at High Charity, Arbiter walks in a hallway with rows of Honor Guards.
Arbiter watches as the brutes take Honor Guard equipment from the elites.
Some Brutes fight each other for choice parts.
As Arbiter ascends the stairs leading to the Prophet's Inner Sanctum, a pair of former Honor Guard Elites pass by him, without their helmets and carrying plasma rifles instead of energy staves.
Arbiter walks through a large doorway, past the new Honor Guard brutes to where the Prophet of Truth and Mercy speak with Rtas 'Vadumee and two of his Spec Ops Elites.
"This is unprecedented... Unacceptable", said Rtas.
"A Hierarch is dead, Commander", said Truth.
"His murderer was within our grasp, if you had not withdrawn our Phantoms-", said Rtas.
"(slightly indignantly) Are you questioning my decision", asked Truth.
"No, Holy One, I only wish to express my concern that the Brutes-", answered Rtas.
Prophet of Truth holds up a hand for silence.
"Re-commissioning the guard was a radical step, but recent events have made it abundantly clear that the Elites can no longer guarantee our safety", said Truth.
"I shall relay your... decision, to the Council", said Rtas.
Rtas and his Elites leave.
He nods to Arbiter, who returns the nod.
Truth speaks to the Arbiter.
"Politics (small sigh)... How tiresome, do you know, Arbiter, the Elites have threatened to resign, to quit the High Council, because of this... exchange of hats", said Truth.
"We have always been your protectors", said Arbiter.
"These are trying times, for all of us", said Truth.
"Even as the humans' annihilation filled us with satisfaction, the loss of one of the Sacred Rings wracked our hearts with grief", said Mercy.
"Putting aside our sorrow, we renewed our faith in the prophecy that other rings would be found, and see how our faith has been rewarded", said Truth.
They turn to a large view screen of Delta Halo.
"Halo, its divine wind will rush through the stars, propelling all who are worthy along the path to salvation", said Mercy.
"But how to start this process, for ages, we searched for one who might unlock the secrets of the ring, an Oracle, and with your help, we found it", said Truth.
They turn toward 343 Guilty Spark, who seems to have been suspended in a gravity beam.
"With appropriate humility, we plied the Oracle with questions, and it, with clarity and grace, has shown us... the key", said Mercy.
Mercy triggers a hologram of the Index
"You will journey to the surface of the ring, and retrieve this Sacred Icon, with it, we shall fulfill our promise", said Truth.
"Salvation for all", said Mercy.
"And begin the Great Journey", said Truth.
"No heretic, no human, no special demon, shall delay it", said Mercy.
A Phantom flies toward Delta Halo. Cuts to Phantom interior.
"Once the shield is down, we'll head straight to the Library, I do not wish to keep the Hierarchs waiting", said Tartarus.
The humans who killed the Prophet of Regret... Who was it", asked Arbiter.
"Who do you think", asked Tartarus.
"(surprised) The Demon is here", asked Arbiter.
Focus on Tartarus.
"(affirmative snort) Also Bunny and Explosive Demon, why, (re-focus on Arbiter) looking for a little payback", asked Tartarus.
Arbiter draws a Carbine and readies it.
"Retrieving the Icon is my only concern", said Arbiter.
"(skeptical laugh) Of course", said Tartarus.
Cut to exterior panoramic view of Delta Halo's Library, with the Sentinel Wall in the foreground.
The Phantom flies towards the Sentinel Wall and stops over a landing.
A battle has been fought here recently, as evidenced by Sentinel wreckage and Covenant blood on the ground.
Arbiter drops from the Phantom, which then flies off.
Behind Arbiter, an Enforcer rises up and slowly advances.
Arbiter whirls around and fires three shots from his Carbine, to little effect. Suddenly, the Enforcer is hit by a sustained burst of plasma fire and loses its right-back leg.
The Phantom flies by, and the Enforcer chases after it.
"Lower the shield, Arbiter, I'll pick you up when you're finished".
Arbiter runs into the wall.
Cuts to the phantom with Tartarus in it.
It was still being chased by the Enforcer.
"As soon as I take care of this mission Joshua I will help you take care of the 11 special Demon's Mercy instructed us to do".
"(COM) Ashton really wants to kill Icyhot for underestimating him but Mercy insists on keeping them alive so he can see them in person, don't kill them just bring them to hierarchs alive, Icyhot, Explosive and Bunny Demon are the most powerful one of those 11 so be extra careful if you encounter any of those three", said Little Joshua.
"I get it, I'll make sure Ashton doesn't kill Icyhot if he sperates from you, he and Electric is close to me so I'll take on those two, so Ashton can come with me, wish me luck", said Tartarus.
"(COM) It's settled, I'll have Ashton dropped off to you and I'll take on Turbo, Creative and Gravity, then we'll take on the ones who killed Regret when they come", said Little Joshua.
"Sounds like a plan", said Tartarus.
