"Baby! Come here!" Spencer yells excitedly to Olivia from the room.
Coming out of the bathroom with her toothbrush still spinning, she walks towards the bed.
"What? What's going on." She says barely comprehensive.
"They're talking about me all on ESPN babe!" Spencer says in shock as if he hasn't been present to see himself dominating the first half of the season.
Rookies don't score touchdowns every game nor do they hold a record for 16 touchdowns already in a season that hasn't even finished. He was literally a walking video game.
"Of course they are! You're Spencer James! Do you not see yourself on tv?" She questions while imitating his touchdown celebration.
"I'm just happy to get a front row seat! Well not literally, It's hard celebrating my handsome man from the nosebleeds to stay incognito." She confesses.
"All I got out of that was that I'm your man! Dang that feels good!" He smirks grabbing her by the waist to rub her butt, smacking it towards the end while biting his lip.
"Stop before I get toothpaste on the bed! When I'm done you can grab whatever you like." She winks.
At just a month in, the honeymoon phase was real for the two of them. Not one of their friends knew, not even Natalie although she and Liv were back on good terms. As much as Spencer wanted to go public with it, for the sake of Billy and the media, he held off.
"You know I can't keep my hands off you girl!"
"I see! Maybe I should become a football too!"
"Ha!"
She finally returns and hops into the bed next to him planting a firm kiss on his lips.
"Seriously though, you are an amazing football player Spence. And you are killing it out there! Making Chicago proud!"
He kisses her forehead. "Thanks baby, let's just hope we can stay undefeated for the rest of this season!"
"You guys have the Bucs next, Brady is gonna give you guys a run for it, but he's not you so I think you got it."
"Yeah I think our defense is solid enough. and with my good luck charm there, I know I'll be lights out!"
"And just what is your good luck charm?" She asks.
