Emotions were running high for everyone. Liv couldn't believe it all was happening. She was pursuing her masters, and engaged to the man of her dreams.
Spencer was getting the NFL reset he needed, and he finally felt complete knowing Liv would be by his side.
"Well what do we wanna do now?" Spencer asks massaging Liv's feet on the couch.
"Wait huh ? What did you say babe? I'm distracted by how good that feels."
"I said what do we wanna do now? I don't want this night to end. I'm really engaged. That's crazy."
"I know tell me about it. Honestly babe, I wouldn't wanna do this with anyone but you." Liv replies smiling.
"Is that you talking or the high from this foot rub because I swear you were playing hard to get in the beginning."
"It's both. You're not remembering it correctly. You were taken in the beginning. Plus, I'm the 1 not the 2 I don't come easy." She rolls her neck.
"Do we have ice cream left? That's the perfect ending to this night."
Spencer places her foot down and shuffles his way off the couch to the kitchen.
"We're all out. No worries, your fiancé will go out and get us some."
"Ouuu Thank you fiancé."
"You're welcome fiancé."
Spencer heads out to his car and starts the drive to a 24 hour market about 3 miles away.
Halfway to the market, there's smoke coming from a car smashed into a tree. This couldn't be good at this time of night.
He gets out of the car after safely parking off to the side of the road and tries to see if anyone is still in the vehicle.
Glass everywhere. The car was definitely totaled due to all the front end damage from impacting with the tree. Looking through the passenger side of the car, there was a sight he couldn't unsee.
"Coach! Yo Coach! Can you hear me?"
Blood running down his face and no response he instantly reaches for the unlock button and opens the door to unbuckle his seat belt. He could feel his pulse but he was unconscious. Not knowing how long he was out he instantly calls 911.
"Yes I need help on Stratford road. There's been an accident."

The EMT's get Billy into the hospital quick.
"Hey baby. I need you to get down to the hospital fast. It's your dad."
Without any next of kin available, Spencer needed to wait for Liv before they could receive answers.
Within 15 minutes Liv was running towards Spencer in the waiting room.
"Spencer what happened?"
"I don't know baby I just found him on the road in his car. It was really banged up. They wouldn't say anything until you got here."
Liv moves quickly to the front desk. "Hi I'm here to get information on Billy Baker. I'm his daughter and he was brought here by ambulance."
"Yes ma'am. I'll let them know. For now I need you to wait in the waiting room please."
Trying not to get upset, she sits back down next to Spencer. Knees shaking, her mind wandered to the unthinkable.
"Listen baby, he still had a pulse and the EMT's had him on oxygen. He's gonna pull through whatever it is."
