Don't take this the wrong way, but...
Obviously, the next thing coming is something I'm not going to like and I'm pretty sure I will take it the wrong way. Pointing it out beforehand is only going to put me on edge.
There is something I need to tell you...
There is a variety of scenarios that may follow:
- You're pregnant.
- You're cheating
- You're terminally ill
Either way, you're going to give me a heart attack.
We need to talk...
Well, that can never be good.

If you know that already the please let me remain ignorant.
I don't know how to tell you this, but...
But you're still going to, and I'm probably going to be pissed about it, so just spit it out.
