Mingyu's POV:
All of us are gathered at the field, anticipating for the last event for the opening of the school festival. It was obvious that a lot of students came here, it was really packed. Because of this reason, there is a need for us to be extra conscious.
"Wow Dahyun, you came early. The program is about to end." Chaeyoung stated sarcastically, which caused me to look at the two people who are squeezing themselves to reach us.
"Oh I'm sorry, I'm just being a good student who's fulfilling her duties responsibly." Dahyun furrowed her brows, as she crunched her teeth out of irritation. Guess they had a small teasing fight with eachother.
"It's okay unnie, atleast you made it before it ends." Unlike Chaeyoung, Tzuyu on the other hand patted Dahyun's back. The latter just sighed and afterwards, looked at the man beside her for a second before avoiding him again.
I stole a glance at Vernon, who displays no emotions on his face. As suspicious as I am, it took me more seconds to finally realize that something's going on inside his mind.
My attention averted at the huge stage when trumpets started to play. The field was filled with loud cheers and everyone seems to feel enlightened. The loud speaker kept pounding as the music spread across the large venue. We tried getting along with the people, slightly jumping and just enjoying the song too.
"Number one speaking. The program morning program just ended. The girls are scattering and so we are. Just stick to your partner and make sure they're safe." I heard Seungcheol hyung from my earpiece and I know that the boys did likewise.
"Number nine speaking. Copy." I replied.
"Number thirteen speaking. What if my partner is too loud? She won't stop complaining about nonsense."
"Number four speaking. We don't give a f—"
"Foul!" Chan responded.
"Number six speaking. Can you just shut up number thirteen? Would you like to experience mopping the whole court?" I chuckled a bit when Wonwoo sound irritated. He still has the grudge with that gym punishment.
"Number thirteen speaking. Uhm... Pass! Just saw a cotton candy, gotta go!"
"What the—"
"That kid." Jeonghan hyung ended our conversation. I did nothing but to smile with their craziness.
"How about a bet?" I came back to my senses when Tzuyu questioned me out of the blue.
"What kind?" Just as Seungcheol hyung said, after the program ended, we scattered and I even don't know where the others are. We just strolled around the location, observing the stalls that were stationed.
"Archery. If I'll win, I got to ask about Bae Chul Jae. If not, it's up to you and your mood." She pointed the game beside us which caused me to raise one of my brows.
"Okay, as you wish." I chuckled a bit because I know that I'll obviously win. Come on, we've been trained for our lives. We can be even called experts in this field.
As we started, I flinched a bit when she hit the perfect ten. Wait, how come?
"I've been training pretty roughly nowadays, that's why." My eyes widened when she answered my question. Her lips curved upwards, telling me not to underestimate her.
"Well, I've been also training for years." I muttered as I threw the arrow as it hit nine.
"I won!" She giggled when we finished playing. It was so close! She got a perfect thirty while I got twenty-nine. Ugh one point!
"Fine, I lost. Fire the questions away." I casually laughed while putting my hands inside my pocket. She's pretty hardworking nowadays.
"Um... About her... You've mentioned that she's your girlfriend. How did everything start?"
Dead silence then filled the atmosphere. She was still hoping she could get an answer from me, though her face shows fear.
"I met her when we were kids. We live in the same neighborhood, and that's where all started. We fell in love."
"That's all?" She questioned once again.
"Let's save the rest for some other time."

Mina's POV:
"Cute." My gaze landed at the cute photo booth not far from me. Group of students took some props as they pose with funny gestures and faces. This whole scene repeated after each friend group finishes their pictorial.
"Number six speaking. Can you just shut up number thirteen? Would you like to experience mopping the whole gym?" I turned to my side, only to find out Wonwoo speaking with his members through his earpiece.
"What the—"
I chuckled when he sounded like he was cut off, but it immediately faded when his gaze landed on me.
"Sorry for that." He apologized. His furrowed brows still didn't leave his face after his small conversation with his group.
"It's nothing. Although, you should calm down. You're frowning too much." That's when he realized that his anger was still lingering on him. In an instant, he relaxed his face and finally, he came back to his normal self. But, there's missing.
"You're face is missing something." I stated which caused him to be confused.
"What? Is that even possible?" He replied.
"Yeah, it's missing this." Unconsciously, my hand made it's way towards the side of his lips. I then lightly pulled it upwards to form a smile.
"Y-you should smile more often." I immediately avoided his gaze because shyness overfilled my system. I peeked at him as he seems shocked, scratching his head out of nowhere.
"Well... I guess... Guess I'll just buy us some drinks. S-stay here." I nodded and he left with a slight smile on his face.
I shouldn't have done that!
"Excuse me?" I put my thoughts aside when someone unfamiliar grabbed my attention.
"Could you take some pictures for me and my boys?" I glanced at them. They are five of them, wearing casual clothes. I mean, since it's the school fest, we're not using our uniforms. It's just that, their IDs are missing.
"Sure." I took the man's phone and snap a picture real quick. I was about to give it back, when he added something.
"Could you take more pictures? There." He pointed a spot, far away from the people.
"I'm still waiting for someone though. Maybe you could—"
"Come on!" He grabbed my wrist but I immediately twisted it and kicked his abdomen. Whoo! The training paid off.
"You—"
"Mina?!" We looked back and there I saw Wonwoo, holding two cups of coffee but with a shocking expression. I was about to run towards him but then, a group of students dashed right in between us, chanting so loudly while holding a big banner promoting their respective level. Because of this, the boys took the time to grab me and pull me away from the crowd.
"Wonwoo!" I screamed but their chants were making it hard for him too hear me. I wanted to run, but my heart sped up when the boys caught me again.
"Hey!" I wasn't able to use any skills anymore. I was still too weak for this kind of battle. I tried in many ways to avoid them but they ended up carrying me away from the people. Tears are building up my eyes as I can't handle the feeling of fear.
"Keep quiet!"
The last thing I remember is that they covered both my mouth and nose with a cloth as I slowly close my eyes...
And saw nothing but black.
