A/N: Guess who's back, back again. Haha hello guys. I'm back. I'm well alive. I know I have a lot of explaining to do, and all of you have every right to be mad at me for not updating for god knows how long. I hope you guys could forgive. From this day forward, I'm going to regularly update. Probably once a week, but no promises. Enjoy guys. It's good to be writing again.

[Rob's POV]

I woke up the next day feeling like --of course, as usual-- shit. But for some reason, this time even more shit. Not sure if it's because of Preston or because Lachlan.

Some part of me is angry because I can't decide between the two. It should be, and have always been, Preston without a doubt. But ever since Lachlan came into my life, he's been a liability to me; something that is a drag, but at the end of the day I still need it.

I check next to me for a body presence, but there were none. I examine the room; it was dark, the only shed of light is coming from the balcony.

I get up from bed and grab a hoodie, red in colour. It's Lachlan's favourite. I proceed to grab a pair or boxers and put it on. I then make my way to the balcony.

As I get close by, I sniffle a particular smell emitting from outside. I look out, and I see Lachlan smoking. As anger fills me to the brim, I trudge outside to him and immediately confiscate the budd.

"Lachlan? Smoking?" I yell in anger as I throw it down the balcony. I continue to stare him down, but he gives me a careless face, sort of a frustrated one. "What were you thinking?"

"Piss off, Rob. You're not my mom." He storms off from the conversation as he says that, going into his room.

He makes his way to the bathroom, about to close the door behind him. That is until I manage to stop him in the process, to which he groans.

He walks himself to his sink and opens a cabinet which had a hell of a a lot of medication. He proceeds to grab one, and I pace myself to him immediately.

"No. What do you think you're doing?!" I stare him right in the eye as I grat the bottle of meds fron him. His face inches away from mine. I give him a stern firm face, telling him I mean business.

He does the same, but surrenders after a while. "Come on, Rob. I don't need this." he says facing away from me and walks away.

He leans himself to the bathroom counter, his hands acting like a stilt, his eyes just staring down in devestation. I walk to him and hug him from behind. "If something's bothering you, you can always talk to me about it."

He pauses for a moment before proceeding to talk "There's nothing wrong with me, Rob."

"Bullshit" I respond immeidiately. "Then explain this?" I pull him by his arm showing him his wrist.

Just as he was about to answer, we were disturbed by a ringing of a phone, my phone.

"DARN IT!" I shout as I reluctantly walk to my phone to answer.

[Lachlan's POV]

"Oh my god!" He shouts a few minutes after answering his phone.

I instantly run out to him, seeing a very concerned Rob talking on the phone. He hangs his phone without saying anything and drops it to the floor. He sits himself down on the bed and burries his face into his palm in worry.

"Babe, what's wrong? Talk to me?" I walk to him, sit myself down next to him, and wrap him in my arms from beside him.

Without response, he just shakes his head in disbelief as he whispers out the word no, it's all my fault to himself.

I hear a hello repeatedly still from the phone that is on the floor still. I took it and answer with a hello.

"Lachlan? Is that you? Jerome here, listen to me. Preston's in the hospital. He overdosed with a few cold meds. Sara found him this morning and he was sent to the hospital immediately. They're trying to pump it out of him before it dissolves. Get here as fast as you can."

It was a lot to take in, but I managed to mentally wrote down everything. "Okay, we'll be right there."

"Rob, get dressed. Preston needs you. I'll drop you off." I order him.

He was still in a state of shocked, so I had to comfort him and guide him. Everything I just did, I did it heavy-heartedly. As depressed as this all is making me, Rob doesn't need this. Let him forget about my problems for now, Preston needs him. He's already been through a lot.....and it's clear that he means a lot to Rob, probably even more than me.

P/s: Guys. I hope you like it. Lemme know what you guys think. Forgive my horrendous vocabulary and grammar and plot story, I'm a little rusty. I do hope you guys can forgive me for not updating for months. I'm back, this time for good. And this time, I'm not going anywhere. One chapter per week, that's all I'm promising. If I update more, than whoopy for everyone. Stay tuned! :D
Also, follow my twitter. I need more internet friends. @HazHarry98
