Chapter 33

(Mrs.Lovett's POV)

So many emotions were running throughout my mind. Sadness, anger, denial, but most of all fear. Fear of losing the angel sent down by god to save me in my darkest time.

I looked down at Pipa who just smiled at me and babbled.

"Mum? Is everything alright?" I heard Toby ask as he came into my room.

I just nodded and kissed him on his cheek.

"Can you please watch her for me love?' I asked hopeing my voice didnt crack.

"Ofcourse mum, come on little sis."

I smiled as toby took her and held her close before walking to her room.'

Once I was alone, I sat on my bed, took out the pins in my hair to let it flow down my back. And coverd my face with my hands. How could a successful night, turn into such a nightmare?! All thanks to that horrible Kimberly and that no good sailor boy.

I was on the brink of tears, when a knock on my door snapped me out of it.

I looked up to see that it was Johanna.

"Mom..can I come in?" She asked.

"Yes, come in love" I said hopeing I wouldn't brake down any time soon.

Johanna sighed as she entered the room and shut the door behind her.

"Mom..are you okay?" she asked before sitting beside me.

I shrugged and nearly jumped as Mr.T came into my room as well.

"Johanna, did you know her?" I asked.

"Ofcourse not, until tonight I didnt even know that Kimberly existed.'

"But lamb how could you not know that the judge brought another girl around?' Sweeney asked.

"Because he kept me locked in my room and hardly ever let me come out. He must have gotten fed up with me not wanting to sleep with him,that he took in another girl and slept with her. But Mom, Dad, we don't know if Kimberly is truly being honest with any of us.'

"Well either way, I don't like this' I said feeling the tears just begging to be released from my eyes.

"Johanna, get some sleep I need to talk to Mrs. Lovett alone' said Sweeney in a serious voice.

Johanna sighed at her father but turned to me and hugged me.

"I don't care what Kimberly says. You're her mother."

I kissed her cheek and said goodnight before she left the room.

"Do you believe what that girl said?' he asked looking at me with those cold black eyes.

"I dont know what to believe. When I found pipa that night, outside of Joes candle shop. I never questioned who her parents could be. Never in a million years would I guess that Judge bloody turpin could be her father. And even if he is I dont care, that little girl is my life.'

"Well here's what I'm thinking. What if we somehow tell the judge that Pipa and Johanna are here."

I looked at him with a look of complete shock on my face.

"What?! Are you barking mad?! Putting both of our duaghters in harms way!! No sir!"

"Will you just listen to me! We tell him that both girls are here and before he gets here we send then somehwere safe. The bastard needs to die and you know it" Sweeney said with an evil smirk on his face.

"No!It's to risky! I can't risk losing any of our children just because you want to get some blood on your hands!" I said jumping to my feet and balling up my fists.

"First of all, I only have one child here. I don't go around adopting every gutter rat orphan off the street like you.'

Without realizing it, I drew my hand back and slapped the living hell out of him.

"You're a hearltless bastard! Get the hell out of my room!!" I screamed.

Sweeney just continued to smirk and held onto his now red, throbbing check.

"What happened to the woman who agreed to help me get my revenge?' he asked.

"She became a mother to 3 children. I don't care if any of them arent mine, I love them unconditionally. Something that you will never be able to do!!" With that said I pushed him out of my room and locked the door.

Not being able to hold back my emotions any longer. I slid down the door and buried my face into my hands. I cried and cried and felt like I could never stop crying.

My wolrd was crashing all around me and I was right in the middle of it. Not knowing what I would do next.
