Third-person: Nick decided to go to Los angles pride, he was openly gay at the time. Before he arrives at the parade he walks into a coffee shop and sees someone.

Nicks POV: There was a pride parade in LA and I decided to go to show support to the LGBTQ community. I was wearing my black Nike shorts and a white shirt plus I had my gay pride flag as a cape. I walked into the coffee shop to get a drink and I saw a guy, around 6 ft tall and also had a gay pride flag. He was ordering his coffee so I stand behind him and wait to order. After he ordered he turned around to look at me, we locked eyes for a second and he looks at my flag. "hey" the man says. "hi" I say still looking at him. he moves out of the way and I order a large refresher, and I see the man walk back over to me "I'm going to be paying for him today" the mystery man said. "oh you don't have to do that" I say grabbing my wallet. he pushes my hand down and hands the waiter the money. I was in awe why would he pay for my drink? I walk over to the counter to grab my drink and sure enough, the mystery man is standing there. "hey thanks for buying my drink" I say. "yeah it's no problem, are you going to the pride festival "he says. "Yeah I am, oh I'm nick by the way," I say putting out my hand. "oh cool I'm going too I'm Jordan," he says shaking my hand. "well if you're alone would you like to go together," I ask. "yeah! I came alone because all my friends were busy" Jordan says laughing. We get our drinks and walk out to the parade. Were both standing on the sidewalk drinking our drinks. "I don't want to be too forward but are you gay?" Jordan asks. "um yeah I am," I say while my face turns red." "Oh don't be embarrassed I am also gay," Jordan says. we stand in silence for a minute until I finally say something. "how long have you been out for?" I ask. "umm I think a year now, what about you?" Jordan asks turning to me. "I cane out when I was 16 so about 2 years ago," I say looking up at Jordan. 

The parade lasted about an hour, once the parade was over we walked down the street to jordans car. "well this is my car" Jordan says. "oh well it was nice meeting you" I say walking away. I planned on walking to the bus stop to get back home but I hear footsteps behind me i got scared someone was following me so I turned around quickly. It was Jordan he stared down at me without saying a word he grabs my hand and kisses me. I was in shock I didn't think he would do that. he pulls away "oh I'm sorry that was bad," Jordan says looking at the ground. "no! I really liked it just wasn't expected" I say grabbing his hand again. "ok well where are you headed?" Jordan asks. "I'm walking to the bus stop to go home," I say. "here I can give you a ride home if you want?" Jordan says looking at me. "yeah if you don't mind" I say. "No! no problem at all," he says walking down the street still holding my hand. We get into the car and he looks at me again and he starts to drive, I give him the directions to my house and he drives me home. After about 20 minutes he pulls into my driveway. "well thank you for an amazing day" I say unbuckling my seatbelt. "any time nick, maybe we could get dinner sometime?" Jordan asks. "Oh yeah here is my number" I add my number to his phone as Nick ❤️. I start to walk out of the car and he followed me and kisses me again. "have a good night text me later" Jordan says walking back into his car and driving away. I try and contain my joy as I walk into the house. I immediately walk into my room and scream into my pillow, I'm going on my first ever date. I get into a pair of shorts and crawl into my bed and start to text Jordan. (his contact is Jordan 💕)
