The end is just the beginning

Bet dates are NOT real dates

I've never actually like Alice in Wonderland the guy was like on drugs or whatever and that's why it looks all trippy but the "descendants" of these characters or really the sons and daughters of these characters I like. And some of Onyx's friends. Friends like Lizzie Hearts. When I was in high school I had this friend well I thought he was my friend.... Pause I have this one friend that I've known since I was like 5 and she wanted us to be like together because he was a friend of hers. She had texted me to say that if her friend asked me out not to agree to date him because it turned out that he and his friends were playing a dating game where they made bets on who could get the most dates and I would've been just one more girl if I'd said yes. And I'd gotten upset because even though we didn't know each other long I still thought he was my friend.

There's a point to this I promise and here it comes. Daring Hopper and Sparrow were sitting around at Books End inside a coffee shop playing that same game. Daring told Sparrow he wanted a real challenge. Ok, then whoever comes in next you have to ask them out on a date. But that was tricky because first it was me (outfit 24) and my own boyfriend. Ok loophole next girl that comes in here that's single ask them out. But that person was Lizzie Hearts. Yeah good luck with that. Sparrow told him. And the catch whoever loses has was the other guys gym clothes after swamp swimming. Which they thought was a pretty good deal. First Daring tries not sure why he's trying anyways because isn't he kind of Apple's boyfriend?! He goes up to the waitress tightening his jacket with a smile on his face saying he wanted one of his usual and another for the lady.

But once they get the drinks Lizzie announces off with the foam and gets rid of it. Next he tries to give her flowers and asks her if she'd like flowers instead that the only light he gave them was from his teeth. She groaned in disgust and chopped off the flowers heads. Sparrow laughs at him but Daring thinks he's got this. He follows her back to school in the castleteria. Where he paints a terrible ugly painting of her eating food because he was not a good artist. Asking her if she thought he was charming he said he wasn't as she got up and left but it was kind of ironic because he "is" because that's also his last name. Next he goes up to her and asks her if she wants to tour the castle on dragon back. At first she is a little scared but then they end up riding on the dragon until sunset and he takes her to the balcony and drops her off making sure she gets off safely. And it turns out they both had a good time.

But then when he's patting himself on the back for a job well done he sees she's upset. What's wrong? He asks her. I'd go out with you but I've never been on a date before. Which was funny because he tells her everything they did that day was pretty much a date. She says she enjoyed herself and kisses his cheek leaving him shocked. He hopes they can do it again sometime she tells him she'd like him to keep this a secret between the two of them because as the future queen of hearts she's got to keep her rep up of being crazy. Which I think she's got in the bag considering she was just on a date with Daring. But he says he promised he would keep it between them. Says he won't tell anyone. And the next day even though he won the bet he's keeping the secret washing the clothes while everyone laughs at him. Wash it good for Sparrow Hood Sparrow reminds him. Makes me wonder if she knew about the bet all along since she winked at him and he had a dreamy smile on his face. Since he'd won the bet but still "lost." But they both seem happy.
