We get back to Mallorys and I am drained from crying so much. She comes over
"Are you alright?" she asks as I walk in
"No" I say sitting down
"Lets get to work boys" Mallory says as I get up and go into mine and Bens room. I walk in and look around as I see his clothes on the bed. I hold them as I lay down and start crying again as I hear a knock at my door. I don't say anything or move but the door opens
"Ritchie?" Becca says. I look over at her and continue crying as she comes over and pulls me into a hug.
"I'm so sorry. If you hadn't come for me, this wouldn't have happened." She says and I shake my head
"No, this still would have happened. Frederick made that very clear 40 years ago. I just don't know if I can stop him" I say pulling back as she still holds my hands. I look up at her
"im pregnant" I say as she gasps. Hughie busts through the door
"Hes loose in the city" he says as he runs back out. We run out shortly after and watch the tv as we see him just destroying buildings.
"Well love, its now or never" Butcher says looking at me. I look back at him and nod.
"I will try" I say. Mallory hands me my suit and I go change. I come out shortly after and now im pissed. Frederick and Edgar took me, changed me into something I didn't want to be, stole the love of my life from me and now, I take my revenge. We head out to the cars and head into the city.
The first one we see when we get there is Homelander, standing by just watching the action. He turns to look at us as we are walking up
"Well, aren't you cute. I was wondering if you would show up" he says chuckling walking over to me. I stare at him
"if I were you Homelander, I wouldn't come any closer" I say growling a little as he just smiles and steps closer. I shove him and he flies back about 20 feet. He slowly starts to get up as we see the Deep, A-train, and Black Noir, I stand at the ready as I see Kimiko at my side.
"You just don't learn do you?" A-train says as he walks closer
"Bite me" I say watching him. he gets a smile on his face as he starts to run to me and I feel a bite on my neck
"fuck!" I yell as I grab my neck, he appears in front of me again
"You are weak" he says smiling at me. I look up at him and see red. All I see if Crimson countess and Gunpowder laughing at me because I couldn't defend myself. I haul off and punch him as he flies back. I look over at the others as the Deep comes over as Kimiko starts to fight him. I look at Black Noir
"ive been waiting a long time for this, you fucking traitor" I say staring at him. We bolt to each other as I jump on him and start bashing his head in the cement. He throws me off and when I go at him again, I'm hit with Bens shield and thrown the other way. Butcher comes over and helps me up as I see Ben stand up straight. I shake it off as I look at him
"Ben please" I say watching him, but he doesn't do anything and his eyes are still black. I stand up straight
"Ok, Soldier Boy, lets go" I say getting into stance. He runs to me as I hit him and he stumbles back a bit as he then hits me with his shield and knocks me down again.
"We have to get his shield" I hear Starlite say quietly. She then lights up and hits him with a couple beams. It catches his attention but doesn't phase him. He then stalks towards her as Hughie goes and jumps on him. He tries to pry the shield from him as he is thrown off. Starlite goes to him
