"Grace!" I yell bolting through the door
"Where is he? Whats going on?" I holler as she stands up and hands me a note
'I want Soldier Boy and Rogue at the center of downtown by noon or their child dies'
"It doesn't say who sent it?" Ben asks looking it over and Mallory shakes her head.
"I have no idea who sent it, it was given to Starlite when she was on patrol" she says looking over at her. I look at her
"Before you say anything, it was a child who gave me the note, I don't know anymore than that" Starlite says coming over. I sit down and start to tear up
"What are we gonna do?" I ask looking at Ben. He sits down next to me
"We go get him" he says and I nod. Mallory hands us our suits and we change. Its been almost 5 years since ive put this on and it still fits pretty well. I look at myself in the mirror and see the scared little girl I was before. I hear the door open and see Soldier Boy as I look at him through the mirror. He comes up behind me and hands me my hunter green gloves as I take them and smile at him. He kisses me
"Are you ready?" he asks. I turn and pick up his shield that was laying on the bed and hand it to him
"Absolutely" I say as we head out. Butcher is waiting at the car
"Alright, lets go" he says
"Butcher you cant go, what if something happens?" I say, he looks at me
"It doesn't say I cant, and im not leaving him" he says getting in. I nod as we get in and Butcher takes us a little ways from downtown and Ben and I head to where were wanted. We get there and theres no one around. We start searching when we hear it
"Well, well, Soldier Boy and Rogue. The two most dangerous supes around" Stan Edgar says coming from behind a building holding Billy and hes crying. I see him and go to run for him when Ben stops me
"What do you want?" He asks Stan
"You two to disappear, so things can go back to the way they were" he says as we are knocked down from behind
"NO mom dad!!" Billy cries. I slowly get up and look behind me and see Homelander. Hes so much bigger now and power just drips off of him, I slowly back away as he grabs my throat and lifts me off the ground as I struggle to get away. Ben gets up and plows into him and he drops me and stumbles a bit.
"Not this time" he says as he throws Ben into a wall.
"Please stop!" Billy cries and I look back at him
"Let him go, please. Take me" I say walking toward Edgar. I see him nod as Homelander grabs me, when Stan is shoved into a wall by Butcher
"Hands off the kid" he says as he grabs Billy. Homelander drops me and goes to Butcher as Butcher shoos Billy away before he's grabbed
"No enough!" I holler going to Homelander. He grabs my neck as I struggle to get free but I quickly take off my gloves and touch his face. I feel my power draining him but he doesn't seem affected. I start to feel weak as I let go and he drops me. He throws Butcher as I hear Billy crying over by Ben
"No, please" I say looking at Homelander walking towards me. I feel power surround me and I look back and Billy is shining
"Billy?" I say as I watch him. He walks towards Homelander and yells as power shoots from him and throws Homelander into a wall on the other side of town. He comes over to me and touches my face as he smiles at me
"It's ok mom" he says as I smile and I feel power being restored. I slowly start to get up as Billy goes to Butcher I go to Ben
"Oh my god are you ok?" I ask trying to get him up

Fanfiction**18 & up** This is my rendition of Soldier Boy and Rogue. I just thought about this and went with it. I have changed them a bit but I am really happy with it. I hope you enjoy!
