Part 4: Event Together

So teju and karan started working in the project . Teju was working really hard . She was getting along with the overall team . They used to hang out together as a team . Still kk and teju were not that close. Whenever they were together they used to talk about project . KK has started loving teju's bubbly nature. Teju on the other hand was just focused on her work . Definitely ,she likes kk but just as a colleague. Days were passing just like that only. 

It was Monday morning ,everyone in the office were not over their weekend fun. They were not feeling as working . Suddenly ,teju got a meeting invitation from her project lead . It said that there is something important that needs to be discussed and every team member were asked to be present there. Meeting was scheduled after half an hour. Teju accepted the invitation 

Tp : What can be the matter ? Why sir has schedule this meeting soo urgently ?

Vidhi : Teju ??? why the hell are you talking to yourself?

Tp : Nothing yaar just there is a urgent meeting scheduled with the team in half an hour  so just thinking about that ..

Vidhi : Is something wrong ?

Tp : I don't know . I am just a bit worried 

Vidhi : No worries ..come lets get some coffee before your meeting .

Tp : Ok lets go .

Vidhi and Tp went to office canteen . KK and umar were already there . Tp and vidhi ordered their coffee. Umar gestured them to have sit with kk and him . Tp and vidhi went sit beside them.

Umar : Hi teju ..Hi vidhi 

TP and Vidhi : Hi .. 

Vidhi : Hi karan 

KK : Hello vidhi 

Umar : what happened teju ..lost somewhere??

Tp : No nothing like that ....

Vidhi : Madam is just worried about the meeting ...

Umar : Which meeting ???what meeting???

Tp : Didn't you see the invitation ??

KK : So you are talking about the urgent meeting scheduled by team lead ?

Tp : Yes ..

Umar : And you are worried about that ??

Tp : Hmm 

Umar and kk could not stop laughing . Teju was shocked from their reaction 

KK [laughing] : Chill tejasswi its just a call. I just can't believe you are down because of the that .

Umar [laughing] : Omg teju ... I just wonder how much do you overthink .. Its too much yaar 

Tp : You guys are not worried at all ?? Our team lead never used to call such urgent meeting ...

Kk : so ?? its just a work ... 

Then they had their coffee . Teju ,kk and umar went to the meeting room and vidhi went back to her work . Teju was still worried . They took their seat and soon after their team lead enters the room .

Team lead [TL] : Hello everyone ... Sorry for the urgent call . But there is something very urgent that we need to work on ..

Teju : Something wrong sir ?

TL : No tejasswi its nothing like that .. Its just our company is organizing an event next week . Basically  different project will be displayed for the interested clients and other audiences as well and I am very glad to announce that our project has been selected for that and we will have to present our project  in the event . Its a great opportunity guys but ya  we need to do some improvements before the event . We might have to do some extra hour work for that as well .

Umar : This is a great news sir 

TL : Yes of course umar .. So guys are you all ready for some extra hour work and don't worry company will compensate for the those extra hours . Guys I need all of us to work together and make it successful

Everyone : We will sir 

TL : Ok then lets discuss our further plan in detail 

They discussed regarding  how  they will proceed further and regarding work division and the meeting ended . Teju was excited for the event . They existed from the room and on the way they were having the conversation 

Umar : so Teju are you still worried hehe

Tp : stop it umar now don't tease me ..

KK : Ya ya umar don't ... she might start crying  here ... 

Tp : I won't and you guys are soo bad .. I won't talk to you guys now on ....

So still colleague but not even close friends... what will happen in the event and how will their relationship grow from just colleague to .......[you know what I mean]... lets find out in upcoming chapters till then keep voting and please do comment ......
