Part 32: Not Worth It

Teju couldn't utter a word. She was beyond shock from ankit's question.

Teju : Anki...its ...umm..ahh.. nothing like that.. we just know each other from past ..that's all..you are misunderstanding the situation.. I don't have feelings for him.. not at all....

Ankit: I know this is your personal matter but I just felt like that . I hope you didn't mind me asking directly.

Teju : No anki...its fine.. but honestly there is nothing ok.. he and I we are soo different as persons.....

Ankit wasn't convinced but didn't want to drag the topic further more cuz he had sensed teju getting very uncomfortable... They reached to teju's room.

Ankit: Ok then goodnight teju..

Teju : Goodnight anki...

Next day was Sangeet ceremony which was scheduled for night and on day time there was dance practice for the event.

Teju was also practicing her dance steps . Suddenly she fell down and her palm got injured. Kk and ankit both saw and ran towards her. Kk reached at first and quickly hold her hand and start checking the wound.

Kk: why so careless?? Clumsy as always..

Till then ankit had also reached..

Ankit: Are you ok teju?? Oh god it's bleeding..Come lets get you inside for first aid.

Ankit then extended his hand for teju to hold it and teju hold his hand and slowly tried to get up ..Kk then slowly left his hold..Teju stood up and started walking inside with ankit.

Ankit started cleaning teju's wound

Ankit : You should be careful teju..Look at the wound.

Teju : I am fine anki ..its just a small cut..

Ankit did first aid and asked teju to get some rest and after sometime he went to his room.

Teju slept for sometime and woke up ..She then started getting ready for the Sangeet.

Vidhi: Why is teju not picking calls?

Kk : Any problem dear bride?

Vidhi : I need teju .I need help..

Kk : Then call her simple

Vidhi : She isn't picking..karan can you just go to her room and ask her to come to my room please ..

Kk : just call her she will pick..

Vidhi: Please kk I am already late for Sangeet..

Kk : Fine ..

Vidhi : Thanks

Ankit got ready and went to teju's room.He knocked the door.

Teju was struggling with the hook of her dress as her hand was injured.

Teju : who is there?

Ankit : Its me ankit

Teju : You can come in door is open anki..

Ankit : Ready ?

Teju : Nop this hook I just can't hook it .My hand is hurting ..

Ankit : Can I help if its fine with you ..

Teju thought for a while..Then she agreed as she had no other option. Ankit was helping her with the hook and kk came there .Door was opened. Kk saw them close soo close.

Kk : Sorry..I should have knocked

Ankit was done with hook and both ankit and teju looked at kk.

Ankit : Karan its not what you are thinking..I was just helping her since her hand is injured.
