"You know for a follower of the code, you sure are passionate about embarrassing me," you walk into the mediation chambers, seeing Yoda seated peacefully on a chair. "Get it? Because passion is against the- oh never mind,"
"Never be revealed, you think it will?" he opens his eyes, gesturing you to a seat. "Much amusing, that is,"
"Why do you torment me?" your arms cross in dismay.
"Torment you, memories of your past do," he patters his fingers against his other hand, "tell him, you must,"
"Tell him? Why would I ever do that??" you throw both arms in the air, completely in shock. "Tell him what?" lifting onto your feet, you start to pace, "that he's the reason, but I'm to blame?"
"Much thought to this, you have given," Yoda ignored your rapid pacing, instead, closing his eyes, "and yet, clouded your mind still is,"
"I've run through every way I could say it- every way I could tell him, every scenario and every opportunity but when I was face to face with him..." you stop and look at him.
"Fearful, were you?"
"Lost." The word lingered over the silence, clouding the atmosphere until you spoke again, "I feel like I'm back to that moment all those years ago,"
"Y/n, where are you going?" Obi-Wan took your wrist just as you turned the corner, "you looked stressed, what's wrong?"
The air felt thin as he lowered his hold to your hand. Warm at the touch, you immediately calmed, more so when he gave a look of assurance. "I'm fine," you remove your hand from his, "I am just on my way to see the council,"
"The council?" his worry peaked a little via his tone, "what happened?"
"Nothing, just- I'll meet you in the room of a thousand fountains," you whisper, holding back from kissing him one last time.
"Promise?" his voice kept a soothing blanket over your strained mind.
"I promise," you nod, the tension in your body too noticeable to him.
Obi-Wan knew you were lying, but what could he say? "You'll be fine, my dear," his hand held your face, a touch you couldn't help but lean into. "I'm sure it's nothing,"
"Torn between two lives, one of closure and one of denial, you are," Yoda informs, "uncertain is your future, but many hardships lay ahead," before you could reply, the master stands to exit with you. "For now, train you must, with Master Kenobi,"
"Wonderful," you sneer under your breath, reaching the main halls soon enough. "Not like I've been avoiding it this entire time,"
"What have you been avoiding this entire time?" the man in question had apparently found you both, Obi-Wan putting trust in Anakin.
"You, but apparently that failed," after bowing to Master Yoda, you stalk away to the training rooms, "you know where to find me... don't feel obligated," you wave your hand to dismiss yourself.

"You know, after all these years you still have the same attitude," his hands clasp and unclasp, standing by the door to the circular training ring. Surrounded by flowers, this balcony was held up by sleekly designed pillars, a soft breeze passing through to tickle exposed skin.
"About what?" you pick a small blossom, holding it up to the wind and letting it flow away, however, Obi-Wan's hand outstretches, the force guiding it to him.
"Everything... you're just the same," he walks to your side, gentle and almost silent steps, hand on your waist to turn you to face him. The singular blossom was placed in your ear, "but your beauty grows with every second,"
"Am I no wiser?" you place a hand over the one he situated on your waist.
"You've always been much wiser, much smarter, and much more patient than us all, my darling," he kisses your shoulder, "forgive me for never being less than in complete awe with every word you say... I clearly assumed you've always known all this,"
"You know there are multiple balconies such as this?" Obi-Wan snapped you out of your daydreams, the blossom in your hand cascading through the breeze to the centre of the ring.
"And yet you knew exactly which I'd pick," fiddling with another flower, a gust of wind let a few fallen flowers lightly scatter the floor.
"You did say I would," he folds his arms, though one hand started to fiddle with his beard. "Shall we?"
"Shall we what? Watch you lose... again?" dropping your cloak to the side, your old robes shown. Simply a high neck, loose and long-sleeved top formed by layers of fabric. Comfortable pants with a thick belt, your lightsaber holster was leather just like the fingerless gloves and mid-calf boots you wore. Coloured black and a rich navy, your deep colours contrasted with his, only complementing the hues of his eyes. (Change if you need)
"Shall I dedicate this lesson to disciplining your ego instead of battle stance?" he warns, drawing his saber out with you soon doing so.
"Ego? Master Kenobi, we both hold the same ego... I just choose to be more vocal about it,"
"You're very vocal in more than just that," immediately he swings down on you, your saber crashing against his in dangerous sparks.
"Innuendos already? Not very professional is it?" you tilt your head, knocking him off his feet and taking the weapon to his right. Obi-Wan dodges this easily, skimming across the polished ground and back to his feet.
"Oh, I didn't intend it to be one," he narrows his eyes.
"I'm sure you didn't," there was a slight glint of amusement you both shared, threatening smiles tugging the tip of your lips.
With every step, the fallen blooms disperse from every step like a magnet repelling its similar. Lightsabers cut through any foliage caught up in the rapid winds, like force guided beings, the fallen swim around the air and around you both. Constant beats like a rhythmic song, you and Obi-Wan clash sabers with intricate movements aiming to beat one another.
Just as you finally get an upper hand, his lightsaber knocked out his grasp, you fell from your feet, your very own weapon cascading opposite of you. Hand-to-hand combat was never your forte but blocking a blow from left and right, you analysed his fighting pattern to predict the next move.
"You know after all this time," you push him back and swing your leg to his right, "I thought your fighting pattern would at least adapt more," catching his fist with both hands, you twist his arm and get him on his knees.
"And I thought you'd be smart enough not to pull the same final move," his left leg hooked under yours, bringing you to the ground and under him. "Guess we both have nothing to brag about, L/n," both wrists were pinned above your head, heavy breaths shared and a tense unbreakable eye contact.
