The Secret Girl {ON HOLD}

Chapter 7

I couldn't sleep last night all I could think of is what Snape and Dumbledore were talking about. Never in a million years did I think Snape gave a shit about me. So much happened in the past couple of days that I don't think I can handle anymore. Between the whole Johnnie, Jordan, Kyle thing and what I overheard I feel like I'm going to explode. I was just about to drift off when I hear someone calling my name. I'm not responding or moving until I figure out whose voice it is. Its a younger boy, high pitched bot cocky voice. Draco Malfoy. Should I pretend I'm sleeping or face him.

"I know you're awake."

"What do you want Draco?"

"I just wanted to know if you're okay."

"Why do you care?"

"Because, believe it or not, I care about you."

"Well stop!"

"Stop what?" He asked clearly confused.

"Caring! Don't care about me, don't talk to me, don't even acknowledge me!Pretend I do not exist!"

"Why?"

"Just fuck off! I'm fine!" I explode.

"Fine. I was just trying to help." and with that he left. I groaned and fell back into bed and covered my face with my pillow. I started to drift off thinking about Draco.

I wake up to find that I was alone in the dorm, strange. Usually all the girls are just waking up and getting ready. I crawl out of bed and pull on my uniform. I hear a knock at the door and carefully walk towards it. I open it to find Snape standing in the doorway.

"What are you doing here?" I spat harshly.

"I need you to come with me to Dumbledore's office"

"Why?"

"Just come with me" he says grabbing my arm and dragging me out the door. Once we reach Dumbledore's office, he stops me.

"Just remember, what is about to happen is for the best." He says. Oh shit now I'm scared. He walks into the office and I follow suit. As soon I walk in I am greeted by Dumbledore. He looks at me, sorrow written all over his features.

"Anastasia, please take a seat. Listen, we've decided that it is no longer in our best interest that you stay here at Hogwarts. This was not an easy decision to make, but you have to leave. It isn't safe for you here anymore. You're starting to make an impact on people and once you get close to someone you become weak. What you are could destroy you, if Voldemort finds out about you than he will use it against you. Both Harry and Draco are starting to care for you and you should have gone unnoticed by them. Your secrets will be revealed, you have to go."

"Go where?"

"You will have to leave this school, this country and this time period."

"Is that even possible?"

"Yes, it is extremely difficult, but possible. For this to work we needed the closest people to you and your family."

"And who would that be?"

"They will come out and show you."

After he said that Snape (who I didnt know left), Malfoys father, Serious Black, Hagred and a couple others that I didn't recognize came into the room. They all formed a circle around me except Dumbledore and Snape. Snape stands in front of me and grabs my arms, I think we are going to dissaperate. Then I see Dumbledore walk beside us with a time turner. Dumbledore nods his head and the group around us starts casting a spell I don't recognize. I feel Dumbledore grab my arm and spin the time turner as Snape and I start dissaperating. Suddenly we are no longer at Hogwarts but in a field beside a dirt road. I see tears forming in Snape's eyes.

"Dad! Where am I?" I ask.

"You haven't called me that in a long time. We are at your new home, in Scotland. Your house is just down that road." He says pointing in the direction I'm supposed to go.

"Goodbye, be good." He says.

"Why?"

"Why what?"

"Why am I here?"

"It's the only safe place."

"Will I ever see you again?" Even though I don't like him, I will still miss him, he is the only family I have (that knows I'm family).

"No." He says before disappearing.
I start to walk down the road to my new life.
