The next day
{Selena's point of view}
It was the next day. I was cleaning up the hallway when I saw Alois and Claude walking towards me. I continued my work but I just couldn't resist to ease drop on their conversation. They were talking about "personal work". I finished up my work there and walked off to the kitchen because I had to clean it up just like yesterday because more mess was created there last night. I made my way to the kitchen and put my bucket down. I dipped my cloth into the water and started cleaning up the floors. Just then, the door opened and dad walked in. I didn't look at him but he walked to the counter. "I don't want to live like this." I say as he looks at me. "I know dear. But there is nothing I can do." He replied as I looked at me. "You could always break your contract." I said as he looked at me shocked. "Where did you get that idea?" He asked me as I continued my work. "I just don't want my life to be like this." I said as I moved further to cleaning. For the rest of the time there, we were silent. I suspected it was because of what I said about breaking the contract. I finished up and made my way to the rooms.
As I was walking in the hallway with the bucket as I made my way to the rooms. I saw the triplets whispering about something but I didn't really take notice of them and just carried on walking towards the rooms
{Canterbury's point of view}
We were all wiping the floors like usual while we talked about what goes on in the manor. Thompson and Timber were talking to each other as I looked ahead of us and saw someone that I never thought I would see. I saw Selena holding a bucket and was walking off somewhere. I looked at her walk past me but I guessed that she didn't even notice me. I don't understand why I feel strange around her.
"What is my problem? I can't do anything. Why do I feel like this? I felt like this for a while now. I just don't know why and how to tell my brothers about it." I thought as I was disrupted by Thompson. "Canterbury? What happened?" Thompson whispered to me as we continued to work. "It's nothing." I replied as they looked at me and then continued their work. I didn't have the guts to tell them that I was in love with Claude Faustus's daughter, Selena. It was to difficult. I couldn't.
Time skip
That night
{Selena's point of view}
It was around 9:30pm that night. I just finished up my work when I sensed something strange outside. I looked out of the nearby window and saw some suspicious people outside the manor. I walked down the stairs and out the door. I left the premises and I wondered into the forest.
After sometime of walking, I found some guys standing near the mansion with weapons. I walked closer to them and one of them spotted me already. "Well, well,well. Look what we have here. A maid." He said as he approached with me with his walnut hair and brown eyes. I stepped back as they all looked at me. There was about five of them and one of me. I looked at my hand and they approached me as I continued to step back until I didn't anymore. I didn't feel scared at all. They still came at me as I punched the walnut haired man and picked up his knife. I went at the others as I stapped and kicked them down. I looked at all of their dead bodies as I stapped them again and again as well as slash them until I knew they were all dead.
Just then, I sensed two demons. They were coming towards me. I made a run for it into the forest as they followed me. I was lead away from the mansion but I ran anyway. I ran through the trees in the forest when I saw a cliff up ahead but I still ran while looking back to see where they were and unknowingly, I tripped over a rock and rolled down the cliff and hit my head on a tree. I reached to pick up something when I blacked out completely.
{Third person point of view}
Selena laid there unconscious as a demon with white hair and blue eyes and another demon with black hair and green eyes, looked down at her from the cliff. They sensed another demon approach their location as the white haired man howled and fleed with the other demon. A tall handsome man with raven black hair, wearing a tailcoat, approached her and looked at her. "Oh my. What do we have here?" He said as he picked up Selena and walked towards a nearby manor...
Next time on...
"Where am I?" Selena says as she wakes up on a bed in a room
"Welcome to Phantomhive manor" the tall man with black hair says to her.
"Who are you? I'm sure I have seen you before" she says to him
