An hour after, The President received that horrible email from an unknown source. He was in the captain's office for a special ops unit called A.I.M.S, which deals in cases involving rouge Humagears. After explaining what he saw in the video, the captain stood up, looking at him with an intense look on their face. "Are you sure that's what you saw, President Hiden?" Hiden nodded, getting a concerned look on his face after they asked him that question, "Yes, that is what I saw Yaiba, and honestly, I hope that Ark hasn't somehow resurrected itself again because I, You, and Izu are the only riders left that can take it on." Yaiba nodded, knowing why Hiden had made that comment about only three Riders left. "You'd be correct about your statement, Mr. President, if it weren't for I happened to have found a rider team in the U.S. that use Progrise Keys just like we used to use back when Ark was originally around." Hiden was taken back by that statement; he just heard slamming his fist down, extremely upset. "What? Are you being serious right now? Someone stole the Progrise tech from my company, and you didn't even bother to tell me about it until now."

Yaiba sighed, grabbing his shoulder tightly. "Look, Aruto. The only reason I didn't inform you about the two riders in the U.S was that they had told me that you permitted them to use the Progrise Keys as long as they kept in contact with you and that the two riders used the tech to help those who can't defend themselves." Aruto was very confused by what Yaiba had just said. "They said that I permitted them? The only ones who had my permission were Mefistis and Hopper. Still, the two riders haven't appeared since they were attacked by a rogue group of raiders five years ago, Yaiba, so it can't be them." Yaiba laughed a little before walking behind her desk and pressing a button that lowered a screen before it slowly began to play a video that looked like The riders recently made it, showing a scarred Humagear and a black male looking at the camera.

The scarred Humagear said shaky, "This message is for Aruto Hiden. Sorry that I haven't been in contact with you, Mr. President; after the incident with the raiders, we lost connection to you and Captain Yaiba. So sorry for worrying you, boss" The male beside him smiled, speaking now, "Hey, boss. We have some information about the Humagear rampage that has been going on recently. Come to the location that we sent with this message, boss. We also have a bit of a surprise for you to see when you get here" Aruto smiled, getting a bit emotional after seeing that Mefistis and Hopper were alive. "Figures those two would forget to keep me informed because of tech issues."

Yaiba nodded, grabbing her new Shotriser and all of her Keys and starting to head out of her office. "Are you coming or not, Aruto? I wouldn't want to disappoint your two best employees by not showing up with you and Izu" Aruto nodded, heading out of her office, grinning happily. "Yeah, I'm coming, Yaiba. I need to get a couple of things before I head to the U.S. with you for this critical mission" Little did Aruto and Yaiba know that the new mysterious threat they were pursuing was already in the U.S., planning an ambush upon their arrival. A weird mutated whale creature walked up to a cloaked figure and handed them a tablet with a bunch of camera feeds playing in real-time, simply saying, "Looks like your prediction was right, my lord." The cloaked figure nodded, turned towards an army of robotic creatures, and raised their arm as a signal for all of the Mutated Magia to yell simultaneously, "All Hail Neo-Ark."
