About three weeks had passed before Clint came to the tower to teach Eleanor weapons. Natasha was going to teach her with knives, but everything else was up to Clint, and somewhat Tony.

"How would you feel about testing out one of my suits?" Tony asked, as Clint went to grab the weapons he planned to teach her first.

"Not today. I still have to train with Clint, and I have to do some work in the lab with you, as well as working on my one medical class." Eleanor replied, causing Tony to chuckle.

"Well, since you have to work in my lab with me, I think the next couple of weeks you are going to test out my suit," He said,"and who knows, maybe we can make you a suit a bit like mine." He added, and she sighed dramatically.

"Fine, we can with your suit, but if I get more bruises than I already have, I'm not going to be able to hide them from Dad. It already takes a hell of a lot of work to keep him from seeing the others, I'm just lucky Natasha doesn't go for the face." She replied, causing Tony to roll his eyes.

"She always goes for my face." He murmured, making the girl chuckle quietly.

Clint came back soon after either his bow and arrows, as well as one for Eleanor to use so she could train. He didn't want her using his until she was good enough, otherwise there was a chance she could accidentally break it, and he didn't want her to break his bow. Besides the fact that he loved the bow, she would blame herself and practically hate herself for breaking something he loved so much.

"You're going to be starting with a bow and arrow, since that's what I specialize in. I can teach you best with this first, then we'll get to guns." Clint stated, and Eleanor nodded.

Clint showed Eleanor where she was going to shoot her arrows, before he told her how to stand. Obviously he had to help her with her stance, but once she got the hang of it, she just had to learn how to shoot her arrow directly at the target. She missed the first few times, which had been a bit comical.

"I'm never going to be able to do this like you." Eleanor commented, causing Clint to frown.

"Not with that attitude," He retorted,"You just have to try your best, Ellie. Besides, I wasn't perfect when I first tried, but after practicing with this, I can hit a direct target with any weapon." He said, and she sighed.

"Promise you won't laugh at me while I fail?" She asked, her voice sort of low.

"I might laugh if you do, but I won't intentionally laugh at you." He replied, causing a small smile to appear on her face.

After a while, Eleanor was able to hit the target, but she still hadn't quite gotten a bullseye yet. Clint told her she would eventually, and that she didn't need to give up, even if she was a bit disheartened that she hadn't gotten a bullseye on her first day of training. She helped Clint put away their weapons, before she walked down to the lab to hang out with Tony for a bit.

"You've finished your device, and you've tested it out, but now I need to know if you're going to let the team use it during their missions." Tony commented, as he looked down at Eleanor's completed project.

"Do you think they'd want to use it?" She asked, feeling a little selfconscious with her creation.

"Yes, I do. I have a feeling Widow will use it most, and the two bird boys." He replied, and she chuckled.

"I think they should give it a shot." She answered, causing him to smile.

"Great," He began, clapping his hands together once,"I think you should be the one to explain it to them. It would be your first public speaking lesson." He added, watching as Eleanor nodded slightly.

Eleanor and Tony gathered a few of Eleanor's new devices, before carrying them into the meeting room. Tony called for the rest of the team in the tower to come to the meeting room. When Sam walked into the room with James in his arms, Eleanor smiled lightly.

"Don't let him touch any of these things." Eleanor stated, as she looked over at Sam.

About ten minutes later, the team was in the meeting room, sitting around the table, waiting for Eleanor and Tony to speak.

"So, Eleanor has created something amazing, and I've decided she will be the one to show you guys and tell you how to use them. She's also decided that after this small lesson in how to use it, she will let you guys use them on your next mission." Tony stated, before he walked over to his seat and sat down.

"I call these Patch Aids," She began, holding up one of the devices,"They're small enough to fit in the palm of your hand. Once activated, you have fifteen seconds to get away before they blow up. They have enough power to blow a hole in any concrete wall. To use them, all you have to do is grab the device,"She picked one up from the table,"pull the patch off the back,"She pretended to do so,"and stick it to whatever you want to blow up, or whoever, I don't discriminate. Once the device is attached, you have to run at least thirty feet from the area and find a shield. The device's adhesive will not allow it to be removed from whatever it is stuck to, and it doesn't matter what you stick it on. It's also waterproof and can not be destroyed by fire or by being crushed." She stated, as everyone watched her with admiration.

"After the first time you use them," Tony began, standing up and walking over to stand next to Eleanor,"let us know if you have any issues or comments. We will be working on more projects soon. You all may go back to your dull lives now." He said, before turning away from everyone.

Eleanor walked over to Sam and picked up James, placing a kiss on the baby's temple. She hadn't gotten to spend much time with him recently, but she loved him with all of her heart. Nothing was going to change how she felt. The baby was forever going to be the light of her life...
