What happens if Peter was sent to prison for Mysterio's crimes? Will he still be the same hero as he's always been or will he become something stronger something far more sinister?

There was currently a big meeting taking place with a bunch leader from different organizations.
The Kingpin aka Wilson Fisk represented, The Yakuza, The Hand of America, The Tracksuit-mafia and many other criminal organizations under his control. Norman Osborn aka The Green Goblin represented Oscoorp and The Sinister Six. Monica Rappaccini represented AIM. Senator Arthur Crane represented Friends of Humanity. There was also crime bosses like Martin Lee aka Mr Negative, and The Hobgoblin aka Rodrick Kingsley.
They are all sitting around a large table but two seats empty the first seat had a green Hydra logo while the second seat had the original Hydra logo on it...
"Now that New York is a free city I can have more men." The Hobgoblin says with a wicked smirk. When Spider-Man was still around he couldn't get more members of his Hobgoblin Army but now that he's gone Kingsley can get as many soldiers as he wants.
"I agree now that the bug is squashed, we can hunt down the mutant freaks much easier." Senator Arthur Crane says with a smile.
"We really appreciate the new subjects to work on Mr Crane. Now AIM can lead humanity to greater heights than ever before." Monica said with a smile. Now that Spider-Man is gone there is nobody left to protect the mutants on the streets which means AIM can get their subjects way easier.
"The Avengers know nothing of our affairs. I mean even if they did they wouldn't care, since they only deal with big threats." The Kingpin says with a smirk.
"I know right and since the man who watched out for the normal people is locked behind bars which means we have the control we want." Kingsley says.
"Where the hell is he can't make us wait this long!" Snapped Martin Lee as he smacked his left hand on the table.
"I am sorry to be late." A male voice says in a thick German accent as he walks in the shadows.
"Good that your finally here...

"Red Skull." Wilson Fisk says with a smirk directed at his new allay.
Red Skull sits down before speaking again. "Sorry that I am late mein freunds I was coming with the man with a new body." He says.
As a figure steps out of the shadows Red Skull says. "Please welcome The Superior Octopus!"
