A Portal To The Bad Guys Dimension

Chapter 10, Our new neighbor

...I then pressed my watch and snapped. I landed on my bed again.

 I looked at the time. It was 3:19 PM.

I then powered down the portal and hid it behind my closet.

 I changed my form back to a human.

 I then went downstairs to the living room.

 I saw a note that said: "Hi rein. I went out to another urgent business trip. I will be back tomorrow. There is food in the fridge. DO NOT EAT THEM ALL. Love you. -Mom."

After I read the note, I went outside to see a U-Haul truck outside a house just beside ours.

"Maybe it's our new neighbor." I said to myself.

 I then saw a person right next to the truck.

I then went closer to what seems to be a teenager.

 He was scrolling through his phone. He stopped looking at his phone and put it at his pocket.

He then looked at me.

 "Hello there." He said.

"Hi." I said. You're new here right?" I asked.

 "Yeah, we just actually got here awhile ago." He said.

"So we are essentially neighbors now huh?" I asked.

"Yeah, I guess so." He said. "By the way, what's your name?" I asked.

"Gavin, Gavin Goldman. And yours?" He asked.

"My name is Rein, Rein Castelo." I said.

 "Nice to meet you Rein." He said.

 "It's nice to meet you too." I said while making a smile.

"Gavin! Help me out here!" Someone called.

 "Oh sorry, I gotta go." He said.

 "See you later!" I said.

See you later!" He said as he ran inside his house.

 I then went back inside my house and went back to my room.

 I wore my watch and put on my disguise.

I powered on the portal and I went in.

 I landed on a bed.

 I didn't know what bed I landed on since it doesn't look familiar.

"Well, at least I landed on something soft this time." I said to myself while getting up.

 When I got up though, I heard a door open

 And when I looked at who it was, I saw that it was Diane.

 She gasped when she saw me, and I suddenly pass out on the bed.

 When I woke up, it was dark outside, I was on top of some pillows and there is a blanket covering me.

 When I got sat down, I saw Diane on a chair beside me.

She was wearing her sleeping gown and she was sleeping.

I then carried her on to the bed. I put on the blanket for her, and I sat down on the same chair she was sitting down on.

 I got out my phone and checked my notifications.

 As I was scrolling through my phone, I heard Diane speak.

 "Thank you James for carrying me to the bed."

I saw her saying to me with a smile.

I put my phone back in my pocket and I approached her.

"You're welcome Diane. And also, thank you for putting a blanket on me." I said with a smile.

"I'll be leaving now." I said as I walked to the door.

 "Goodnight James!" She said.

 "Goodnight Diane." I said with a smile as I closed the door of her room.

I then pressed the button of my watch and snapped my fingers.

I landed on my bed this time.

I changed my form to my normal human form.

 I then powered down the portal and hid it behind the closet.

I then slept.

 When I woke up, I went downstairs to the kitchen to eat some breakfast.

 My mom still has not arrived home so, it's only me at home.

I then ate breakfast and after that, I went outside to get some fresh air.

 then saw Gavin. He was also outside his house. He was getting his mail at his mailbox.

 He saw me and said hi. I said hello.

 "So, getting the mail huh?" I asked.

 "Yeah, my dad always asks me to get the mail for him." He said.

"Oh, ok." I said.

"Alright, catch you later!" He said as he ran back in his home.

 I wanted to be friends with him, but I was too shy.

 So I just sighed and went back home.

I decided to go back to the other dimension. But I thought of staying here for awhile.
