"Oh... Crap"

The girl in front of me smirked.

"Hi..... Lauren"

She sat down on the seat next to mine. Ezra looked at her, confused.

"Lauren, Why aren't you at camp?"

"Ezra. We both know that you will struggle to get Kiki here through the woods."

I glared at her, but turned away too look back out the window. Ezra and Lauren continue talking. I don't bother to pay attention. You see, there's a reason that Lauren causes trouble for me. There's just something about her... Her voice, her clothes and her face that either really pisses me off. How she can look so... Perfect but somehow so smart too. But me? I'm small, I look terrible and I'm not smart. We're completely opposites and it pisses me off despite it feeling like it is supposed to be like- No no, I'm off track.

I feel someone tap my shoulder. "Yuki, this is our stop" I turn to see Ezra and Lauren starting to stand. I stand and follow them off of the train.
"So, how far is this camp exactly?" I ask, getting far to impatient to be out here any longer.

"8 miles" Lauren gives a rather blunt answer, and I am not very thrilled with it.

"Oh for fucks sake. I'm not walking 8 miles. Fuck that." I snap back at her. Ezra then starts to explain how I've 'walked further with school' I stopped paying attention after about 2 minutes, the information was of no use to me, nor was it helpful.

We set off towards this strange camo they are both going on about. I don't care about the camp. I'm more concerned about having to be near Lauren for the summer.

This is going to be a long six weeks.
