Little Mans POV

I looked at the smile plastered across Ron's face as he read his comic. I could barely read the title of it from this distance, not because of my bad eyesight- but because I was literally the size of a grown adults hand. The title of the comic read "The Adventures Of Spiderman". He talks about this 'spiderman' character all the time. Whether we be eating dinner together or shooting mass hoards of zombies, he'd talk about it nonstop. Before I turned around to start heading towards my own room, I heard Ron's voice pipe up. "O-Oh! Hi Little Man!" he yelled. He sounded different. More.. child-like. But, I sighed heavily, not wanting to talk to him right now. "What's up, Ron?" I said in an aggravated tone. I could see him shrink back a bit. His smile fading. "N-Nothing.." He said with a more emotionless tone. I shrugged my shoulders and continued walking to my room, not caring to questions Ron's odd behavior.

Once I got to my room, I climbed the steps that led up to my bed. I was far too small to get up there on my own, so Opheebop and Bob grabbed these from a (probably long dead) family's backyard and gave it to me. I huffed and plopped down onto the oversized bed and tried to force myself to sleep, even though dinner hasn't even been started. I didn't care about anything more in that moment other than getting some shut eye.

Bob's POV

As I was about to head back inside, I heard an odd but familar voice. It consisted of beeps. Yes, beeps. For a moment I was confused, but then it finally clicked in my brain. It was boyfriend! I quickly got up and looked around for where he could possibly be. Affer a minute of searching, I bumped into a shorter figure. I looked down to see it was him. "B-beep? (H-huh?)" he asked in confusion. "Sorry boyfriend, didn't mean ta run inta ya like that." I said. I glanced over to see Girlfriend standing behind him, waving at me slightly with a smile painted across her face. I waved back, but turned my attention back to Boyfriend as he pulls himself up. "What're you guys doing out here? You should find shelter soon. Once it gets dark, it'll be a lot harder to see zombies." I said. "Beep bop bep. Beep boop boop.. Beep bep? (Yes, we know. But, we have nowhere to go. Do you?)" He asked. I nodded, and motioned for them to follow me

I couldn't believe that out of all people I was helping, it was Boyfriend and Girlfiriend. But I was more confused as to why I was being so friendly towards them. I can't imagine it being due to the.. current situation we're in. As soon as we entered the house, I saw Opheebop run to me, confused on why I had invited our 2 enimies into the house. "B-Bob! What in the hell? Why are these two here?!" She exclaimed, pointing to Boyfriend and Girlfriend, who looked dumbfounded by her question. "They're here because I invited them here. Look, times are.. obviously very different now. There's no point in holding grudges to people. Maybe they'll help us!" I said. Opheebop grumbled, walking towards the kitchen to start on dinner from what I would assume. I apologized for Opheebops rude manors to the couple and motioned for them to sit on the rusty, semi-bloodstained couch.

"Thank you for letting us stay, it means a lot. We've been chased by zombies for days now. For those things being half-dead, I'm surprised they have the power to continue on so long!" She said. I nodded, knowing that the zombies are relentless when coming to brain-eating. "Soo.. you two might have to sleep on the couch while you're here. We don't have too much space here. Sorry." Girlfriend and Boyfriend both nodded, surprisngly being OK with the idea of sleeping on an old, dirty, rundown couch. Well, it is a better option than being chased by zombies, and never getting a chance to rest. In a matter of minutes, I could heard Opheebop calling us for dinner. It was usually the same thing, but I was still excited to eat nonetheless. You rarely get the chance to eat when you're living through an apocalypse, so eating the same thing over and over again is far better than starving or being eaten alive by zombies!
