"Dark times lay ahead,"

As normal, Holly was walking her friend Lily Hart home as they were close. Although she wouldn't get Sam back, she still liked to have some best girl friends.

'Ugh, my parents are going to kill me,' complained Lily.

'You didn't do that bad,' Holly assured.

Lily gave Holly a look as to say that "you know I did."

'Seriously, there are dumber people in our class,' said Holly.

'Like?' asked Lily.

'I'm convinced Keith can't count to ten,' Holly answered.

'True, his brain is in another department,' said Lily.

They reached Lily's house.

'See you in heaven,' noted Lily before going inside.

'If I make it there,' joked Holly before a hand came over her mouth and teleported her.

~Dark Room~

A pitch black room is where Holly ended up, still feeling the strong hand over her lips. Never did she think that she would be kidnapped. She mumbled something along the lines of "who the hell is this?"

'Lance,' whispered Lance.

Holly's next mumbles were incomprehensible which persuaded Lance to remove his palms off of her mouth.

'What's this for?' she asked.

'Planning a surprise for Keith,' answered Lance.

'I already told you I'm not planning something he already has,' said Holly.

'Both of you shut up,' snapped Micah.

After that, Keith stepped into the room.

'What did you guys need again?' asked Keith.

The light instantly switched on and the decorations the team had layed out screamed in your face.

'HAPPY BIRTHDAY!'

'What they said,' added Holly.

The Power Crystals preformed the Kiramager ending dance as the rest cheered.

'Sick! Thanks guys!' thanked Keith.

'No problem,' said Lance, handing him a present before fist bumping.

Josh and Micah did the same with their gifts to him along with Sam to a lesser extent.

'You're surprisingly strong for your age," complimented Pearl.

'I know!' replied Keith happily.

'Despite my problems with you, you're a good person,' said Holly.

'I think I'm a great person as well, nice to see we're on the same page,' Keith said.

Holly slapped him at the back of his head as a friendly gesture. This hit a laugh out of the team.

'17 good years you've lived,' said Dr Wilson,'I hope you have many more.'

Life. That was somehow circulating in Micah's head every second. Ever since that blow from Dusk, he had felt like his was slowly being taken away. Apparently, his fear of life was showing considering what Josh asked next.

'You okay, Micah?' questioned Josh.

'Yeah I'm fine,' lied Micah. He hadn't told a soul about his condition. Not even his own sister who he loved very much.
