Wintercove.

It was a city, a community, a lifestyle. For the past two years, it had been Josh's. But, as the red ranger so often did with most things in his life, he began to question the legitimacy of it all.

How long could this last?

With the morning sun seeping through Wintercove's gates, Josh rode his Pyro Cycle through the city at high speed.

He passed tall building structures, parks of freshly cut grass, and dim, narrow tunnels before riding back out into the sunlight.

Coming to a smooth halt upon a small hill, Josh couldn't help but think that maybe, just maybe, this was his last bike ride.

A feeling of relief washed over Sam as she oversaw current events. On this particular day, she was being toured around site premises alongside her family of four. Even her dad had tagged along.

Growth. It felt nice.

"-Over here we have the tennis courts," instructed the tour guide as he lead the family to the court bounds.

Sam had always held respect for tennis, her dad even more so.

"Ah, tennis!" chirped Mr Anderson."See, if I hadn't gone to business school I bet you I'd be in that league right now!"

Sam and Jayden shared grins behind their father's back.

Mrs Anderson clasped her husband's shoulder. "Honey, the kids are going to think you peaked in high school."

"What!?" He responded in disbelief.

The next part of the tour required the Anderson family to pass by a hallway of dorm rooms. From this section, the group of five could see all types of structures from the college and beyond. The tour guide paused to point out all of this to Sam's parents, who were deeply invested.

Not interested in site-seeing, Samantha opened the door to "her" dorm room, which was reserved for September. Because of this, she had thought it to be empty.

Thought.

"What the hell?!"

Infront of her, Keith and Lance lounged in her dorm without a care in the world.

"Wow," chuckled Keith, sporting a wide grin,"you are not one for surprises!"

"Surprises?" scoffed Sam."This is breaking and entering!"

"I'm well aware," admitted Lance, before flexing his S.P.A badge."I'm a law man in training, remember?"

He took his dirty boots off of her desk.

"-Honestly, I kind of regret doing it. Your room is pretty boring."

Sam groaned,"No shit, it's unfurnished."

"Still," said Keith,"give us a room tour?"

"You want a room tour?" Sam repeated."Fine."

She pointed at the objects in her room.

"-Standard table, standard wardrobe, standard bedframe. Now get out."

The boys obliged, accepting defeat before jumping out of Sam's window. Sam rushed to the glass frame, only to see that the boys had landed atop the Sapphire Jet Zord.
