Don't let him deceive you!
Give to him, watch, you'll see

"Are you excited?" My dad's voice said from the driver's seat.

"Kinda, mostly nervous and not ready for the jet lag," I groaned and looked at the sky. It was a 10-hour flight so it was 6 am here though it felt like it was nighttime.

"I know, it should be midnight for us," my dad patted my head and I laughed. I grew up around dads smacking their daughter's thighs and asses, when I asked my dad about it he said it was creepy. I agreed, it was, no father should be doing that. My dad gives me pats on my back and head, saying that he would do it for his son so he might as well show his daughter the same respect.

"What if I just slept the whole day and saw them tomorrow?" I asked curling into the seat.

"You can, but I think I remember you saying that you wanted to surprise them early?"

"I know,"

"Sleep in the car, traffic seems heavy so it should be a little before we get home," I nodded at my dad and closed my eyes, finally getting to sleep.

~~~~~~~~
"Scarlett, wake up, we're here," my dad's voice pulled me out of my sleep.
"I'm up, how long was I out?"
"About 2 hours, traffic was heavy," I heard a noise and looked, it was Mrs. Caroline moving stuff in from the car.
