Chapter 11: Headache and BIRDS?

The writer: How are you feeling?

I want to kick somebody or better yet, I want to slam my head against a wall.

The writer: Still having that headache?

Who wouldn't have a headache after all the stuff I did today...I mangled an octopus looking thingy after I woke up from my 2 hour nap...I only slept for 2 hours!

The writer: You are really having a rough day.

I really need to let out some steam...

The writer: Yeah..you should, I heard it's healthy for you 😊

Yeah I know...(smiling and staring at the writer)

The writer: Why are you looking at me like that? (gulps) pls don't hurt me 🤕

Izzabelle's POV

I am really in a bad mood, my head is acting like it's been punched or something. What a drama queen.

"Are you okay?" Aja asked me

"No" I straight up told her

"My head feels like it's been ripped out of my body" I explained

"What are you doing anyway?" I continued to ask her

"Training!" She said well..she yelled

"O-okay, I'm just heading back home, I'll talk to you later" I said as I left the mothership

As I was walking through the town I saw Krel and a random man?

"What are you doing and why do you have a briefcase?" I asked and I didn't even want to intervene with the random person

He started explaining that he needed the thing in the briefcase because he needs to repair the ship and in order to repair the ship he needs- wait hold up. Why do I feel like someone else is here, like someone is watching us. I lost focus on what he was saying as I try to find who was here. I looked all around me and I saw a mysterious figure pointing something at us.

"Duck" I said not knowing that he won't understand

"What?" See?

I shoved him out of the way as someone was trying to kill us

"Dodge,Evade,Avoid, whatever you want to call it" I smiled innocently

"What in Gaylen's Core?!"

We ran and ran to take cover. It didn't look like the Zerons, it kinda looked like a bird. Great another added to the list of enemies, as if I needed more. The mysterious cloaked extraterrestrial shot the random man and I found out he was actually a blank. His face was half destroyed...creepy.

"The alleyway" I said pointing to the alley

We hid behind a dumpster and thankfully when it checked where we were, it didn't see us. It sliced the dumpster in half! It was a close call, I must admit. Who was he/she? Well more importantly what did it want with us?
Was it a bounty hunter too like the Zerons? It could possibly be a bounty hunter or maybe he/she was just terrified? Stop being so naive! Why would a person be terrified when they aren't even close to you.

"Are you okay?" Krel asked

"Well I don't know about you but I'm fine" I said then I turned to the blank

"I'm not sure he is though" I continued pointing at the ruined face of the blank

We went home, after the attack no one else came for us that night. We told them about what happened when we reached the house.
