(Third person POV)

Three Years Later.

Blaine's eyes opened, and Kurt slept soundly beside him in their bed. He quietly climbed out of bed, careful to not wake him.

He prepared the coffee, scrambled some eggs, cooked some bacon, and laid them on a plate.

"Knock knock." Blaine lightly says as he comes in with the tray of breakfast. Kurt's eyes opened.

"Breakfast in bed? Pour Moi?"

"For you." He smiled and rested the tray down on the bed.

"To what do I owe this fine occasion?"

"How about our third dating anniversary?"

"Is that today?!"

"It is." He smiled.

"Well, happy third dating anniversary."

"Happy third dating anniversary to you too." He smiled and kissed him.

"I have an idea."

"What?"

"Why don't we go on a picnic?"

"Just you and me?"

"Just you and me."

"That sounds like a great idea." Kurt smiled.

They both got dressed. Kurt wore his half turtle neck with a red button-up shirt, and black pants Blaine wore a gray sweater with a black undershirt and a gray and a red bowtie that matched Kurt's shirt.

"I'll go make the food while you do your hair." Kurt said.

"Okay." Blaine kissed him, and he walked into the bedroom. He quickly checked to make sure Kurt wasn't looking, moved to his dresser, and pulled out a small black box.

Their picnic went well; Kurt made egg salad sandwiches, which Blaine thought were incredible.

"Would you care for a chocolate-covered strawberry?" Kurt asked, holding a strawberry.

"Yes, I would." Kurt dipped it in chocolate and fed it to Blaine.

"This is incredible, Kurt. I thought those egg salad sandwiches were good."

"Well, you know me."

"I do know you...Kurt?"

"Hm?"

"Kiss me, Kurt...." Blaine smiled; Kurt smiled back and leaned in to kiss Blaine.

"I love you, Kurt."

"I love you too, Blaine."

"I just wanted to kiss you one last time...as my boyfriend."

"What?" Kurt asked confused

"Because..." Blaine took his hands and stood up with him.

"Kurt...when I first met you, I knew that I had found my soulmate. And even though many people didn't want us to be together and practically forbid it, I knew I would go crazy without you and couldn't live without you. You are the love of my life Kurt, my forever. I wanted to kiss you one last time as my boyfriend because the next time I kiss you, it would be as something else...." Blaine smiled and got down on one knee. Kurt's breathing increased.

"Kurt Elizabeth Hummel...my one true love...." He opened the box and revealed a silver ring. "Will you marry me?"

"I love you so much..." Kurt gasped.

"So, I'll take that as a yes?"

"Yes! Yes, of course, I'll marry you!"

Blaine pulled Kurt into his arms, pulled him into a passionate kiss, and then slid the ring on his finger.

And at that moment, they knew everything was perfect. Because nothing would come between them, they would always be together.
