- Summers over, so i'll catch you up on what happened-

y/n and Steve became REAL close and they're ready to tell everyone about them. Steve made friends with the new kid Eddie, because Dustin introduced them. y/n and Robin and best friends. And well Billys not been seen since.. the 4th of July. y/n and Steve were lucky they missed it. But Hoppers gone so y/n and El moved in with Will and Jonathan.

- August 31st 1986-

'Bye Joyce, thanks for breakfast. Steve's here I'm going to school!' I shouted as I ran out the door. 'You ready Harrington? todays the day we tell everyone we've been seeing each other' I said as I kissed his cheek. 'God this summer was so fun, but Hawkins didn't have such a great time. How are you and El?' Steve said looking at me. 'We're okay.. It's still hard' 'Yeah.' he put his hand on my thigh and kissed my forehead 'let's go, don't want to be late for school.' He drove off and we blasted music and started singing. We got to school and he kissed my forehead. 'I'll see you at lunch' we waved and I ran to Robins locker. 'First day of senior year' I was so excited. 'Yeah I have cheer practise after school! I can't believe, i'm actually popular.' I laughed. 'How was your summer y/n did you meet anyone?' she laughed. 'actually.. yeah.' 'WHAT TELL ME EVERYTHING' she screamed laughing. 'Summers Love, it was a blast. With this boy, he's so cute and sweet' 'AW DO I KNOW Him' she stopped in her tracks. I went silent 'maybe' she laughed. 'It was Steve.' I said blushing. She was standing mouth wide open. 'I KNEW IT' i giggled and ran off to class.

-At lunch-

'ROBIN OMG GIVE ME MY WATER BACK' I yelled and as i grabbed it back my vision went black 'guess who it is' 'Steve?' I laughed and he took his hands off my face and sat next to me. We kissed and Robin shouted 'GET A ROOM' and we started laughing. I turned around and seen Max. 'guys i'll be back.' I walked over and gave her a hug 'Max, how are you doing?' I sat next to her. She began crying and I did a bit too. 'y/n you're like a big sister to me' 'Max, I know what you're going through my dad died that night too. I'm always here for you' I hugged her and walked back to Steve and he put his arm around me and I leaned on his shoulder 'hey, you okay babe' 'yeah i'm fine' i smiled and looked up at him. He puts his fries in my face 'want one?' he laughed and I ate it out his hand. he whispered in my ear 'you know how much i love you right.' and i smiled. he's so cute, I love him so much. 'Robin you always said I couldn't get girls, well now I got the best girl in Hawkins' he said smiling at me. Robin stuck her tongue out and rolled her eyes. I couldn't stop laughing, I was practically bright red with blush.

-After school-
I walked over to Steve's car and sat next to him 'Hey baby' I said before kissing the side of his lip. he smirked. 'How was cheer practise babe?' 'good, it feels so great, people finally know me i'm not just "the girl that dates Billy". But i don't care, I don't need anyone else when I have you' I said smiling. 'You're the prettiest girl ever y/n, I love you.' I kissed him and we drove back to mines.
