Chapter eleven

A few weeks past and your apartment was all done and you and Jake were doing great hiding your relationship from others . They all thought you were just really good friends .

However on one day you and Jake were having fun and were going to the cinema but as you were walking in you noticed Boyle .

You were in plain sight and he had already seen you two walking together into the theatre and came over to talk . Jake had his arm around you so there was no denying there was something happening between you .

Jake quickly took his arm away . "So you are together?" Boyle said

"No!" "Yes!" You and Jake said at the same time . Jake looked at you , "there's no point of keeping it a secret anymore from him."

"Fine yes we are together . Please can you keep this a secret." You begged Boyle

"Well it will be hard ,but I will try my best to keep my mouth shut." He said excitedly. Then he to his son that was waiting for him near the doors and left the theatre .

"Wanna get popcorn and drinks?" Jake said trying to make you calmer about what just happened .

"He's not gonna keep it a secret is he?" You said

"Knowing Boyle I doubt he will . Maybe it's a good thing ? No more hiding ?" He said grabbing your hand .

"I guess" you smiled at him kissing him Gegentakts before going into the queue to get food .

You were really nervous the next day as you didn't know how the others would react to you and Jake dating but surprisingly they already knew and were very supportive.

You were sat on your desk sorting out another case when Rosa turned towards you .

"Hey!" She said

"Hi!"

"You did a really bad job at hiding your relationship with Jake . I mean the sexual tension was easy to see. I earned 30 bucks ."

"You we're betting on our relationship?"

"Kind of but Gina started it . Don't tell anyone I told you ."

"Great!"

All day all the others talked about was you and peralta . Was it really such a huge deal ? I mean they already knew?

You were tired of everyone gossiping so you went onto the roof where hardly anyone went because of the wind .

You sank in thoughts with your hair blowing in the wind .

"I knew you were gonna be here ." Jakes voice was behind you .

"The only place people don't talk about our relationship."

You were leaning over the edge and you felt jakes warm hands surrounding your waste , "they will get over it by tomorrow I promise you that"
